Abstract: The finite element analysis software soft ANSYS is used for researching H-beam hot rolling finite element model, temperature field and stress strain field. Then find the changes law in different water cooling conditions of the temperature field temperature distribution and the stress strain field. Find the heat coefficient of H-beam by using the optimization analysis to reduce the differences of the temperature and the stress strain value, and also reduce the deformation in H-beam cooling process. The controlled cooling parameters of H-beam under optimal conditions are determined by the simulation experiment and comparative analysis. While exploring the changes of H-beam microstructure, stress and hardness can provide the reference for the making and designing of reasonable controlled cooling technology.

Abstract: The shortages of the original feeding system of Qidashan mine crusher performed in:The cost of the feed units was high, a total of 6.01 million yuan a year; The feed units could not make crusher full feed, caused resources waste; The feeder accounted for a large space; Move and installation were trouble. The Qidashan mine transformed the feeding system. The reformation design key issues were these: The original feed units were removed . The new feeding system took the place of them. The new steel structure beam was designed. The weight of the feeding system was born by the beam. The ore or rock was discharged into the crusher directly. The 3D solid model of the beam was built in pro/e. The 3D solid model was led into ANSYS. The finite element model was built. Conclusions: The design of the steel structure beam is rational. The results are accurate. The algorithmic method of the numerical simulation is feasible.

Abstract: In order to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel, the heat treatment software COSMAP is used to simulate the rolling and controlled cooling of I-beam. The numerical simulation shows that: when the cooling rate is controlled at 10 °C/s around, the mechanical properties of controlled cooling can be obviously improved. The strength and hardness can be improved on the condition of ductility and toughness ensured, while the amount of residual austenite can be reduced significantly, which provide a theoretical basis for further optimization of the heat treatment process.

Abstract: Through the cracking failure analysis of dump truck frame with large electric wheel, the static and dynamic frame analysis of performance evaluation are conducted by the finite element analysis method. From the strength and stiffness analysis frame structure in the weak links, it is easy to find out crack the parts and the reasons with frame, and through the modal analysis and random vibration and fatigue strength analysis the danger frequency of the frame induced by road encourage is obtained, which can prevent the occurrence of frame cracks and provide a foundation for further optimization of the frame.

Abstract: The product surface coating is a very essential working procedure, especially the complicated surface coating thickness even directly influences outward appearance of the product. Therefore the high request to the surface coating craft is set. To adjust the spray gun's spraying angle and the flow of coating freely is needed. In order to meet complicated surface automatic spraying needs,the invention is based on the PLC complicated surface automatic spraying system, whether in the research and development of the mechanical device or in the design of control system, that the system of mechanical and electrical integration has satisfied request of the automation has been proven after the production examination.
