Abstract: In this paper, it proposes an effective method for 6-6 Stewart parallel mechanism dynamics analysis in ADAMS. Firstly, it builds a virtual model in ADAMS/View, using spline function and self-defining function to define loads and constraints, through the follow-up dynamic simulation, the positive solutions and inverse solutions are solved conveniently, and this can provide a foundation for analyzing the parallel mechanism’s operability and space path line. Secondly, it uses secondary developing technology (APDL) to program a parameterized virtual model, which can give a credibility way to analyze the influence of random errors on the mechanism mobile. In short, it needn’t to calculate complex mathematic model as that in the past, yet this new method proposed provides a definite theory foundation and contains well application values for further study.

Abstract: In this paper, static force analysis of saw blade before and after saw blade becoming thinner is done with FEM software connecting with the production practice of hot sawing machine. The intensity reliability theoretically after saw blade becoming thinner is proved. Polynomial regression for the equivalent stress on circular saw blades along radial direction were finished by the software MATLAB and different stress regression curve are got. Thereby, stress distribution law of whole saw blade was found. The result provides for theoretical basis for the further improvement of hot saw blade.

Abstract: The crusher station of the Qi Dashan mine is the semi-mobile crushing station. The crusher station has three parts. They are a heavy plate type material feeder having a receptacle trough, a crusher having a tower for controlling and a blowdown equipment. The hazard rate of the heavy plate type material feeder having a receptacle trough is hign and it operating cost is costly. So the heavy plate type material feeder having a receptacle trough will be thrown off. A new feeding system will take the place of it. And new steel structure beams will be designed. The weight of the new feeding system will be born by the steel structure beams. The ore or rock will be pured into the crusher directly.

Abstract: We have designed Fuzzy controller to the hot rolling h-beam’s water supply system based on Fuzzy toolbox of Matlab software, we also analyzed the limitations of conventional Fuzzy controller, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures, which is adding integral functions in Fuzzy controller to eliminate static errors existing at traditional Fuzzy controller. We also adopted Smith predictor to estimate lag phase effects for stability of the system. Simulation results showed that, the controller encompasses rapid responsiveness, excellent stability and strong robustness.

Abstract: Water cavitation peening (WCP) with aeration, namely, a new ventilation nozzle with aeration is adopted to improve the process capability of WCP by increasing the impact pressure induced by the bubble collapse on the surface of components. In this study, in order to investigate the process capability of the WCP with aeration a standard N-type almen strips of spring steel SAE 1070 was treated byWCP with various process conditions, and the arc height value and the residual stress in the superficial layers were measured by means of the Almen-scale and X-ray diffraction method, respectively. The optimal fluxes of aeration and the optimal standoff distances were achieved. The maximum of arc height value reach around 150μm. The depth of plastic layer observed from the results of residual stresses is up to 150μm. The results verify the existence of macro-plastic strain in WCP processing. The distributions of residual stress in near-surface under different peening intensity can provide a reference for engineers to decide the optimal process conditions of WCP processing.

Abstract: In order to simulate the fault of a single rolling bearing, this paper used the fault diagnosis lab desk to simulate some representative conditions of 30205 type of rolling element bearing, including regular condition, inner ring fault, outer ring fault and rolling body fault. It also adopted fuzzy theory to analyze signals and diagnose faults on the base of the MATLAB software desk. This paper also adopts the amplitude spectrum, the power spectrum, the envelope demodulated spectrum and the delayed correlation-envelop spectrum to diagnosis and analyze simulating signals. Comparatively, the fuzzy diagnosis theory is dependable.
