Abstract: In this paper the characteristics of geometric errors is discussed in detail, error compensation methods used in productive practice and relevant examples are given. Finally, the application of error compensation in different situation is discussed according to the characteristics of machining center. The machine accuracy can be improved by error compensation. It has important practical reference value for reasonable use and maintaining of NC machine tool.

Abstract: Closed-Loop PLM is the development direction of product management in the future. Network platform is the indispensable means for realizing closed-loop. It could be concluded that the Internet Things can be the network platform of C-L PLM by analyzing the circulation data, data distribution, and hardware and software configuration. The connection method of EPCglobal network and C-L PLM was designed, based on analyzing them belonging to the same standard frame.

Abstract: Novel single-phase Ca2-xBO3Cl:xDy3+ phosphors were synthesized at 900 oC in an activated carbon reducing atmosphere, and their luminescent properties were investigated by photoluminescence (PL) and photoluminescence excitation (PLE) spectra. The optimal doping concentration of Dy3+ ions is found to be x=0.03 mol, and the nature of resonance energy transfer for Dy3+ ions is also discussed. Generation of white-light excited by 390 near-ultraviolet (n-UV) light shows that all the investigated phosphors lie within white region and the colour coordinate of Ca1.95BO3Cl:0.05Dy3+ (0.272, 0.326) is closer to the equal-energy white light point, which is potentially a good candidate as an n-UV-converted phosphor for white light-emitting diodes (LEDs).

Abstract: A simple combustion process has been proposed to systematically synthesize Ca3((P, V)O4)2: Eu3+. All the Ca3((P, V)O4)2: Eu3+ products were characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence spect rophotometer. The results indicate that Ca3((P, V)O4)2: Eu3+ phosphor particles is special morphology with quadrate of length 2.5 μm and breadth 1 μm. From the photoluminescence spectra for Ca3((P, V)O4)2: Eu3+, the remarkable emission transition 5D0 – 7F0 are assigned to Eu3+ ions substituted for Ca2+, and the most intense emission transition 5D0 – 7F2 indicates at noncenter symmetrical environment for Eu3+ ions. It was observed that the spectral features possess sharp and bright emission for a red emitting nanophosphors potential applications.

Abstract: Mg2SnO4 was adopted as the host material of a new red emitting phosphor. Lumin-escence properties of the europium-doped magnesium tin oxide prepared by the low temperature solid state reaction were investigated under 395nm excitation. Under 395 nm excitation, the Mg2SnO4: Eu phosphor exhibits novel red emission at about 613 nm which is assigned to the 5D0 → 7F2 electric – dipole transition. Furthermore, the emission transition 5D0 → 7F2 has been found to be more prominent over the normal orange emission transition 5D0 → 7F1.

Abstract: Malfunction prediction is a trend of NC machine tool malfunction diagnosis development and the diagnosis accuracy is heavily dependent on the real and online acquisition of malfunction parameters. Gear malfunction is one of main mechanical malfunctions, and it is very meaningful to forecast its malfunction. The shock vibration of gear malfunction is non-stationary, so it should be processed by time frequency algorithms. Kalman filtering and Laplace wavelet are time frequency algorithms. Klaman filtering is self-adapting algorithm, and can filter noise in real-time. Laplace wavelet can obtain malfunction parameters by correlation filtering when correlation parameter k is the maximum. The proposed technique features two appealing advantages, which include self-adapting Kalman filter-based time-frequency algorithm and a Laplace wavelet-based parameters extraction. A set of simulating gear vibration data was used for verification. It provides a quantitative and more efficient means for obtaining the malfunction parameters to malfunction forecasting system.

Abstract: The measuring circuit of signal conditioning module of platinum resistance temperature sensor detection system uses a sub-three-wire connection mode. It can improve the measurement accuracy and reduce the measurement error caused by the external circuit. The amplifier circuit is an operation circuit using in phase input. The system can achieve multi-channel measurement of sensor by using multiplexer with the measurement accuracy of 0.1oC.
