Abstract: In the machining industry, sheet metal stamping is an important method of metal forming, and stamping die forming quality depends on the structure and process design, the use of finite element technology(FEM), computer simulation of sheet metal forming process, forming the law and indicates that there defects in order to achieve the most optimal design. This article describes the increased exposure to whole search to determine the finite element calculation speed and accuracy of a new method— space sub-domain method.

Abstract: The life of the hydraulic pump is affected by many factors. According to the statistical information of failure of the main hydraulic pump of an aircraft, we apply the reliability engineering theory to calculate and analyze its service life. As known in calculation, the service life of hydraulic pump conforms to Weibull distribution, and there is no the useful life period. The basic reasons resulting in the decline in the service life of the pump are the higher work pressure, the poor work condition and serious hydraulic system pollution. Furthermore, several measures for use and maintenance are given.

Abstract: This paper developed a new type of ball-type porous metal preparation method. A brief introduction of this new type of spherical aluminum-based metal forming method of porous, pore structure and its compression and energy absorption properties, but also involves the performance of spherical holes iron foam.
