Abstract: In this paper, the fatigue comparative test includes two groups of crankshafts, one group with surface rolling process and the other not, has been finished. And the test results are analyzed. The parent standard deviation test shows that there is not effect of surface rolling process impact on the uniformity of crankshaft fatigue strength. But it is sure that there is the impact of surface rolling process impact on the average of crankshaft fatigue strength by the average maternal test. So the surface rolling process can be used to improve crankshaft fatigue strength.

Abstract: The method of piston pin's strength calculation base on FEA is proposed to solve the pin's failure. The pin's circular deformation is measured by node displacements, and the conventional static strength analysis is replaced by multi-case fatigue calculation. Compared with the conventional strength verification method, the FEA result is more accurate with the reality.

Abstract: Improving thermal characteristics is a crucial approach for increasing machining accuracy of NC lathe. Modeling and analysis of thermal characteristics to a high speed NC lathe were implemented by using finite element method in this paper. Based on this, temperature rise characteristic of the whole spindle system was obtained. The thermal deformation of spindle system due to thermal-mechanical coupling was calculated. Layout and parameter were optimized for the radiating plate of spindle box. And this leads to a considerable reduction in the run-out error of spindle head. The optimization result reaches the expected goal.

Abstract: Machinery industry changes with each passing day, asking for the more and more importance of the machinery industry performance. The innovative design needs to be used to tools designing for improving the work more efficiency. Take the wrench product designing as an example, this article analyzes the issue of the mechanical products innovation, applies the theories of innovation to a manual wrench innovative design and puts forward the thought of the wrench innovative design scheme, principles and the design process. In the end, the design scheme is evaluated, which indicates that the innovative design approach can be applied to a manual wrench design.

Abstract: Aiming at the complex mechanical systems for the prediction of the fatigue limit load requirements, this paper examines the relationship among finite element analysis model and the performance models. And a finite element modeling method for fatigue analysis is proposed. The finite element model can support static, modal, fatigue, and multi-body dynamic response analysis in parallel and collaboration. This method helps improve the fatigue limit load analysis.

Abstract: For the purpose to analyze the way to acquire PLC Data based on OPC Techniques and Ethernet, the PLC communication techniques and the OPC techniques based on Ethernet are introduced at first. And then the system framework for PLC data acquisition based on the OPC server is established. Finally, the structure of the data acquisition system about NC machine and the way to acquire PLC data from NC machine are introduced.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the principle of hybrid turbocharging system in a vehicle diesel engine, and proposes motor control model about hybrid turbocharging system in steady engine operation condition according to energy imbalance of the exhaust gas. The high-speed motor can work as a motor or a generator in this control model of different engine condition. Then mapping algorithms about n-dimensional linear interpolation and BP neural network are presented to solve steady condition control problem of the hybrid turbocharging system. Each algorithm is applied to map same sample data, the simulation results reveal that BP neural network mapping algorithm is more suitable for the mapping control of hybrid turbocharging system because BP neural network has better generalization ability and faster processing speed.

Abstract: Structural dynamics optimal design of key components is basis to reach optimal design of whole machine tool. The method of sensitivity analysis is applied to optimize the arrangement shapes and parameters of the strengthened bars of components. The BP neural networks model of the spindle system is established and corrected based on comparing with the experimental result, and the structure parameters of the spindle are optimized. These technologies will benefit to realize optimal design of whole NC internal grinder and guide dynamic optimal design of other machine tools.
