Abstract: With the depletion of shallow-layer oil and gas pools inLiaohe oilfield, buried hill stratigraphic reservoirs in Liaohe oil field are becoming main objectives for exploration in recent years, especially in high-risk areas of Xinglongtai deep the Hing ancient buried hill resources are particularly rich. Since 2007, Liaohe oilfield increased investment for Buried Hill reservoirs with deep horizontal drilling developt the buried hill reservoir. Liaohe has completed 36 deep horizontal, with a total footage of 183920m, the average depth of 5109m. Improving drilling speed of "buried hill deep horizontal and branch horizontal wells”, and reducing drilling costs are of great urgency. “Hing buried hill deep horizontal, horizontal wells,” with composite drilling technology, supporting the optimization of PDC bits, the high-pressure jet drilling, the MWD borehole trajectory control and optimization of drilling parameters, the new drilling fluid technology and so on. With a large number of horizontal wells put into Buried Hill stratigraphic reservoirs, oil and gas production of average deep horizontal well increase of 2-5 times. Besides, the previous recovery and production of oil and gas reservoirs significantly improved to create an objective economic and social benefits.

Abstract: The influences of KCl on the performance of G-Grade oil-well cement are discussed in this article. The macro performances including the rheological property, filter loss of slurry and the thickening time, strength and shrinkage of cement are tested. And the reasons why those influence could happen are explained by analyzing the microscopic structure of the cement. The results show that: KCl takes participation in hydration reaction of cement, KAlSiO3 and Ca4Al2H0.34O6.34Cl1.67 are generated in the reaction that could improve the compressive strength of the cement and reduce the shrinkage of the cement, but there is a limited added amount, less than 12% (BWOW) is the best.

Abstract: The TiC/Ti(CN)/TiN multilayer coatings were deposited on 42CrMo steel by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. The fracture morphology,structure,microhardness and adhesion of the coatings were analyzed. The immersion test in simulant solution with H2S,CO2 at 100°C and electrochemistry test in 20wt% H2SO4 at room temperture were applied to investigate the corrosion resistance of the multilayer films.The results reveal that the multilayer coatings can offer 42CrMo steel higher corrosion resistance,especially the immersion corrosion test.The corrosion rate of the samples coated with CVD multilayer films is reduced more 70 times than that of the uncoated and samples by quenching-polishing-quenching (QPQ) treat.
