Abstract: According to the components of bluecoke furnace gas by rich oxygen carbonization, the methane conversion and methanol synthesis processes with simulation mix gas were separately researched using the self-made catalysts. The results show that the conversion rate of methane could achieve about 95% under the conditions of temperature of 800°C, space velocity of 9000h-1 and the ratio of water to hydrocarbon of about 3.0 with self-made Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalyst. For synthesis of methanol with self-made CuO-ZnO-Al2O3 catalyst in fixed reactor from the reformed gas, the space time yield and selectivity of coarse methanol respectively reached 1.5451g•g-1•h-1 and 99.6143% under the conditions of temperature of 240°C, pressure of 5.5MPa and space velocity of 12000h-1.

Abstract: The paper investigates the molding process of producing formed coke with low rank pulverized coal. When the bentonite as binder, the technological conditions mainly including bentonite content, forming pressure, forming moisture and particle size factors which effect on the strength of formed cokes were systematically discussed and obtained the optimal conditions. Under the conditions of amount of bentonite 5%, forming pressure 40kN, moisture content 14%, and fine coal particle size<5mm the formed coke with strength of 600N/ball was prepared and it satisfied the standard of gasification behavior of formed coke.

Abstract: An effective technology of hydrothermal synthesizing flower-sphere MoS2 by reaction of Na2MoO4 and CS(NH2)2 with NH2OH•HCl as reductant was researched. The effect of the molar ratio of Mo to S, reaction temperature, reaction time, aging time on the yield, purity and morphology of the product was explored by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the optimal synthesis conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of Mo to S of 1:7, the temperature of 220°C, the reaction time of 24h and the aging time of 16h. Under these conditions, the inerratic and pure flower-sphere MoS2 was obtained. Its average particle size is about 2μm and the petal is self-assembly growth. The yield of the product can reach 88%.

Abstract: The low-cost blue coke industrial by-product, blue coke powder was used as raw material for the production of porous carbons adsorbent by steam activating at temperature of 800°C under the atmosphere of N2 for 60 minutes. The specific surface area and pore properties of the adsorbent were characterized by using N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms. Furthermore, the adsorption effects of the adsorbent for ammonia nitrogen in coking wastewater were investigated in terms of particle size, dosage of absorbent and adsorption time. The results show that the specific surface area is 620.94m2/g, the total pore volume is 0.4442cm3/g and the average mesopore size is 4.5808nm, the adsorbent possesses predominant mesoporous structures. In aeration, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen can reach to 39.5% under the conditions of the ammonia nitrogen concentration of 625mg/L, the dosage of adsorbent 10g/L at the adsorption time of 60 minutes.

Abstract: The flower-sphere molybdenum disulfide has been synthesized by reaction of Na2MoO4 and CS(NH2)2 with NH2OH·HCl or H2C2O4 as reductant. The microstructure and chemical composition of the product were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. XRD patterns showed that the molar ratio of Mo to S had a great effect on the purity of the product. When the molar ratio of Mo to S was 1:5, the product was nearly pure MoS2. SEM images showed that the particle size increased as the molar ratio of Mo to S reduced. The MoS2 microspheres had rough surfaces and were constructed with sheet-like structures in the two systems. But the product from the system of NH2OH·HCl as reductant has the bigger particle size, clearer petal-sheets, coarser surface and weaker agglomeration than that from the system H2C2O4 as reductant. The possible chemical reactions in hydrothermal systems were preliminarily discussed.
