Abstract: Aim to the difficult problem of the inclined hole machining, the vibration drilling method is analysed and adopted. The experiment of the 60°inclined hole drilling on high-temperature alloy was performed, and the notable effects were obtained. It can be draw from the results that the vibration drilling method break the limit of the jig for the inclined hole driling. The vibration drilling the inclined hole has became the new path.

Abstract: The curve type track is used in designing of Accelerated Loading Test System (ALT). The loading vechicle is will produce a greater impact and noise when running on the curve of the track, which will reduce the efficiency and accuracy of the experiments. The design requirements, criteria and design methods of the rail curve are proposed. Contrast the centripetal force, the horizontal component force and the jerk of special curves, the final design chosed elliptic curve as curve type of ALT track.

Abstract: Frame is an important bearing part of Pavement Accelerated Loading Experimental Facility. Static strength analysis of frame was made under four conditions by finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The four conditions are bending, twisting, emergency braking and urgent turning in full load. The frame strength and stiffness were analyzed and the stress distribution and displacement were got. According to the conclusion, the structure improvement suggestions are put forward such as increasing the beam thickness, adding cross beams between the side beams in the dangerous section. These suggestions can improve the design quality and enhance the facility safety.

Abstract: The austenite 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel is one of difficult-to-cut materials. It has poor dilling process, especially for micro-hole machining. The main reasons are the tiny drill, poor rigidity, easy to deviation. Moreover, the chip is difficult to discharge, so the drilling force is increased and the drill bit is easy to break, or even it is impossible for micro-hole drilling. In this paper, the vibration drilling process is adopted. The vibration drilling 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel micro-hole process mechanism is researched. The stainless steel micro-hole drilling experiments are conducted. The results show that the vibration drilling can be a better solution for 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel micro-hole processing.

Abstract: In order to improve reliability of running and facility of data acquisition for the pavement accelerated loading testing equipment, simplify wiring and reduce fault rate, the analysis and design of control system and data acquisition system hardware and software for the pressure, speed, load times and otherwise are done. The distributed CAN Bus technique is used for control and data acquisition, which can collect data from many nodes for each parameter. After a number of laboratory and field experiment, the results show that high reliability of system running and precision, anti-interference of data acquisition are improved by the design of control system for pavement accelerated loading testing equipment based on CAN bus technology.

Abstract: It is always the difficulties for micro hole machining in the machine manufacturing industry, even more in the defense industry. The vibration drilling new craft, with the incomparable advantages in micro hole drilling, is different from the common one. The precision NC micro hole vibration drilling machine is developed, and the micro hole drilling experiments are conducted. The vibration drilling can not only improve the drill life more than ten times compared with the normal one, but also improve the centering ability and position precision.

Abstract: It is often one of the most important issues for chip breaking and chip removal problems in the hole machining process, especially for micro hole. The chip breaking mechanism of the vibration drilling is researched, and its chip breaking conditions is analyzed. The micro drilling experiments are carried to contrast the chip shape of common drilling and vibration one. It can be draw that the vibration drilling can realize the regular chip breaking, which is beneficial to chip removal in hole machining, the chip breaking feature is one of the fine process effects. This work further enriches the vibration drilling technology.

Abstract: In mechanical manufacturing, the traditional methods adopted for finishing is not only high labor intensity, but also difficult to reach the surface roughness and requirements. The vibration grinding finishing process method is put forward, and the surface finishing experiments for spiral nozzle which is one of the important parts for aeroengine are carried. It can be seen from the experimental results that the vibration grinding process method can reach the finishing effect. Compared with the common grinding method, the vibration grinding has the features of high efficiency and high quality, etc. The vibration grinding new process method has high practical value.
