Abstract: Basing on an analysis on the motion cycle switching of yarn splicing device and tube changing device of an automatic twisting winder using ratchet-pawl clutch, this paper studies the self-locking conditions of the ratchet-pawl clutch, the rotation angle and revolution angle for separation of the pawl, the pawl escapement and the pawl disk locating device, gets the calculation method and design formulas for functional parameters of the ratchet-pawl clutch, and finds out the conditions for whole circle rotation and precise locating of the pawl disk.

Abstract: This paper suggests design method for input interface of cam shedding mechanism under multiple working conditions and multiple types of machine according to the process requirement on loom shedding mechanism for compatibility to multiple working conditions and multiple types of machine as well as motion coordination, and describes the relation between number of heddle frame and tooth number of gear for change, gives the standard center distance for corresponding number of gear teeth, establishes the model of output unit of cam shedding mechanism, and whereby educes the calculating method of shedding cam design parameters and the design idea on seriation of cam shedding mechanism, meanwhile determines adaptive fabric textures of cam shedding mechanism as well as each suitable type and number of cam.

Abstract: With analysis of development tendency of domestic and abroad high-speed combers, in this paper we proposed a new drafting form to comber--three over three curvilinear draft under pressure bar combining with development and successful experience for high-speed drawing frame. Moreover, combing experiment in this new drafting form was performed on basis of theoretical analysis and calculation. The results showed that this new type of drafting form satisfied the users’ demand for high-speed as well as the comber’s qualification.

Abstract: This paper compares capacitive and photoelectric method for measuring yarn evenness, and presents a new yarn unevenness on-line measurement system to detecting accurately yarn appearance diameter. By means of researching coefficient of diameter variation and mass variation, the relation model of variation coefficient is established, and the experimental data shows excellent correlation between coefficient of diameter variation and coefficient of mass variation and approximate linear relationship. The laser on-line measurement system of yarn evenness can accurately measure yarn diameter and calculate the coefficient of variation, which is suitable for the production field measurement.

Abstract: Laser cladding Fe-based alloy coatings with 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15% Al2O3 xerogel on 45 steel substrates were prepared by 5kWCO2 continuous wave laser. The effect of the content of Al2O3 xerogel on the microstructure, microhardness and wear resistance of the coatings was investigated by scan electron microscope, X-ray diffraction. The results show that the microstructure and properties were different when the content of Al2O3 xerogel changed. The addition of Al2O3 xerogel can enhance the fluidity of molten liquid and refine the microstructure. Adding adequate amount of Al2O3 xerogel to Fe-based alloy can improve the hardness and the wear resistance due to the nano-Al2O3 particles on surfaces and the dispersion strengthening and hardening of nano- Al2O3 particles.

Abstract: To avoid the instability of the tension control in the continuous transmission process, a constant speed control system is designed and used in winding mechanism for composite films. Combining the mathematical model and the ratio speed control method, a system control algorithm is proposed. Results show that the system has the excellent robustness and the rapid speed response which meet the requirements of high speed constant tension control in the packaging industry. In order to improve the dynamic performance including fast response and non-overshoot, gain control and variable integration time constant control is used. Further, feed forward control method and adaptive control method is utilized to stabilize the composite films tension.

Abstract: The basic equation of axial flow pump is derived from the assumption, which axial plane velocity and circumferential velocity distribute linearly along the blade radius. Based on the basic equation, the axial plane velocity and circumferential velocity gradient of discharge blade are calculated, and the flow field of pump is built. Using arc method of design blade, a design case is given. The standard K- epsilon turbulence model is applied to simulate the flow field of axial flow pump by FLUENT software. The simulation results indicate that pump efficiency reach 91%, there aren’t impact or vortex in pump, and the pressure distribution on the blade suction surface is even and high, the anti-cavitation performance is improved.

Abstract: Stability of cotton flow velocity determines the accuracy of foreign fiber detection system. There are many factors affecting fiber flow flux. In the process of operational control, recent research has been directed towards synthetically and effectively adjusting the relative parameters, and thus achieving a stable and economic foreign fiber detection system in textile sector. In the foreign fiber detection system, the parameters of flow velocity are affected by the temperature, pressure, density, which are also interrelated and redundant information. Based on Clustering Fusion, the design of the flow velocity used in the detection device is provided in this paper. Using captured parameter characteristic information, clustering fusion control, conducts the second fusion for ART-2 and BP neural network, and sends to fusion center, then fusion center process the data using neural network method. Linking with synthesis repository and global data base, different control strategies can be utilized to adjust velocity of flow parameter. The cluster control strategy that keeps output velocity of flow stable are proposed to improve the fiber measure precision in foreign fiber detection system. This system can be used in indigenous foreign fiber detection system, and significantly improve the performance of the entire system.
