Abstract: The discharge of RF hollow cathode far zone plasma has advantages of high ion concentration, easy to implement the processing of a large area, given more and more attention. The characteristics of hollow cathode plasma flow have a great relationship with the hollow cathode nozzle structure. How to design the hollow cathode nozzle discharge structure accurately and conveniently is the key problem of the hollow cathode far plasma surface treatment. This article builds a hollow cathode plasma discharge self-consistent model; derive the relationship between the discharge current of the hollow cathode plasma and the hollow cathode nozzle structure. Optimize the design of the hollow cathode discharge structure using discharge particle simulation software, to achieve a fast and accurate design and the purpose of efficient plasma surface modification.

Abstract: Based on VB, start from the performance requirements of ultrasonic honing for the amplitude transformer, and derive the amplitude transformer wave equation and boundary conditions. Then, establish a resonance frequency equation, programming iterating the critical size of the Amplitude transformer. To get the optimal solution, verified the results of optimal design by experiment. Experiments show that the optimal design is feasible, fast and accurate, possess of great practical value. It has played a prominent effect for further optimal design and processing applications of ultrasonic honing.

Abstract: In combination with the installation of radar capture camera support, the maximum offset, the rod being considered by external forces, external forces such as wind effect will produce a non-directional bend, the stability of the camera will installand capture some of the impact. Solving method in the article is a combination of the equivalent moment method to seek to solve its offset. the rod is divided into equal finite element. the equivalent moment method to calculate the relative rotation of each section. Find the maximum deflection of the rod.

Abstract: CRFHCP RF hollow cathode plasma graft polymerization has characteristics of discharge density, high discharging efficiency, good surface modification effect, discharge area and regional separation, applies to modify large area thin film material surface. The uniformity modifying large area plasma material surface is the technical difficulty related technical personnel has been concerned with, the key point restricting HCRFCP technology industrialization application too. This paper analyzes influence factors of the large area thin film materials plasma graft polymerization uniformity; applies simulation software and mathematical models; makes optimized design to the hollow cathode discharge electrodes and graft polymerization distributing pipe. The experiment proved, the uniformity processing large area battery diaphragm is better to apply the hollow cathode plasma graft polymerization, and is suitable for industrial application.

Abstract: In this paper, the surface of non-woven polypropylene secondary battery separator was modified by Hollow Cathode Remote Plasma. The effects of treating parameters on separator’s properties were studied. The IR and SEM were used to analyze the chemical composition and the surface morphology. Using electrical chemical property measurement, the electrical chemical property was measured and analyzed. The results show that the hydrophilic group was imported on the surface of polypropylene after Hollow Cathode Remote Plasma modification, so that the wettability of the non-woven polypropylene secondary battery separator and the property of secondary battery were greatly improved.

Abstract: Aramid fiber is one of the most promising materials used in secondary structure of the airplane, which has many merits such as low density, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, permanent flame retardance etc. Current research at home and abroad is mainly on the manufacturing process, mechanical and electrical properties of aramid fibers while the sound absorption property research is less. We prepared aramid micro-perforated composite materials according to the theory of micro-perforated absorber, in order to test and analyse sound absorption properties of micro-perforated sound-absorbing materials with different thickness, aperture, perforation ratio and combined program by using acoustic standing wave tube measurement system. Experimental results show that: the absorption effect of the Micro-perforated Panel Aramid Composite is obvious, in a certain frequency; the absorption coefficient is greatly improved. The study offers a new method for aramid fibers which could be applied in planes and cars.

Abstract: Titanium alloys have good mechanical properties and organizational stability. However, due to the larger viscousity of titanium, a reasonable choice of the characteristic parameters of oilstone will directly affect the quality and efficiency of honing processing. This article solved multi-objective problem using artificial neural network with fast convergence and high precision. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the workpiece material, materials status, surface hardness, the required surface quality and various parameters of oilstone, the improved artificial neural network algorithm-GCAQBP was adopted, through coding optimization of input and output parameters, model of intelligent choice of oilstone’s parameters was constructed about titanium alloy cylinder honing processing. Through experimental studies, it is shown that the intelligent model can choose quickly with high reliability compared with the traditional experience.

Abstract: While to consider the function of compression coil spring in a static state, the most important is the needs of dynamic characteristics. We infer a design mode with link up the static state and development, and bring both to the constraint condition of optimal design. It is basis of the development function of compression coil spring is the property of vibrate displacement. And we adopt the optimal design of MathCAD in the computer, simplified the handle of several scaling functions. The effect proves that in the living example of compression coil spring from tool-in-use system, it makes that simple and valid. Thus provide a basis for the function design of machine structure.
