Abstract: The flotation is the effective method to fine coal separation, but the cost is higher and flotation reagents pollute circulating water system. In this paper, the JiuLiShan coarse coal slim was classified, the interception of 0.25 mm was collected, fine coal float-and sink test was carried out. For the-0.25mm coarse slime, compare the flotation, conventional coarse coal slime separation and new slime separator separation, the results show: underflow ash increased by 12.4%;the new slime separator is suitable for the 0.25 mm granularity fine coal slime, can be applied to lower fine slime ash, raising cleaned coal yield.

Abstract: This paper use CFD software for geometric modeling and structural mesh for the Cone Hindered Settling Hydro-sizer and then apply the Fluent software for three-dimensional CFD simulation. Using RNG K-ε two-equation turbulence model and Swirl Dominated Flow model respectively, and the top speed of different feeding liquid two-phase flow of water under medium CFD numerical simulation results grader internal flow field characteristics.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to bring the fly ash, coal gangue and slag industrial solid wastes which contain the chemical composition for activation treatment, used as activated composite cement mixing materials, through strength test shows that the compound mixing materials impermeability activation treatment can obviously increase the cement strength. X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis results showed that the crystal structure of the mixed material calcined before and after have apparent change. There are lesss hydration products with compact structure of cement hydration 3d. The early strength of aiding composite mixing materials cement improved greatly.

Abstract: Selecting a single piece of typical rectangular open planar magnet,with its axial magnetization, to build a finite element model. Based on ANSYS software, the article used NdFeB45 material properties, giving 100×100×10mm to fit the relationship of three-dimensional size. In the air zone as 10 times as model size, it adopted a static simulation analysis of the effect on relationship between axial magnetic distance and magnetic field strength. The magnetic field contours as simulation results, after the Origin software fitting process, obtained an equation is: ; Comparing with the formula: , which reflected the basic characteristics of permanent magnetic field, and with the numerical results by Jing-tian LI using equivalent magnetic charge method, they all appeared: the magnetic field strength exponentially decrease along with the magnetic distance increases, the magnetic field non-uniformity coefficient is of 4.628% deviation, the fitting correlation coefficient R is 0.99924; As a result of the numerical verification results, it also visually response to the magnetic field parameters of open permanent magnet.

Abstract: With adopting Al as the nitrogen getter in Ni70Mn25Co5 or Fe55Ni29Co16 catalyst, High-quality type-Ⅱa large diamonds have been grown under the conditions of about 5.5GPa and 1580K by using the temperature gradient method. While Al(2.0wt%) is added in the Fe55Ni29Co16, the nitrogen concentration(Nc) in the diamond is less than 1ppm. While Al(4.0wt%) is added in the Ni70Mn25Co5, the Nc in the diamond is highly arrived at 48ppm. The different of solubility of nitrogen in both catalyst at high pressure and high temperature is the basic reason of the different effect of eliminating nitrogen of Al. It can be shown in experamentals that Al is a less efficient nitrogen getter in Ni70Mn25Co5 than in Fe55Ni29Co16. While Al(2.0wt%) is added in the Fe55Ni29Co16, the high-quality type-Ⅱa large diamond, in which nitrogen is less than 1ppm and which the size was arrived at 3.3mm, had grown by decreasing the growth rate of diamond.
