Abstract: Localization of sensors is one key technique in wireless sensor networks (WSN).Because the midnormal-based localization algorithm (MBLA) has shortcomings such as low accuracy, relatively large number of iterations, a localization algorithm based on permutation and combination midnormal (PACMLA) for WSN is proposed. Nodes are divided into anchor nodes and unknown nodes. In its own communication range, unknown node can communicate with anchor nodes. In PACMLA algorithm, the unknown node communicates with the anchor nodes in turn, and collects their coordinate information and RSSI value. Then by comparing the RSSI values received by unknown node, these RSSI values are formed an array in accordance with the order from small to large. Then starting from the first value of the RSSI array, each of these values and the value behind them will be combined into data sets. Finally, according to corresponding coordinate information of the RSSI value in the data sets, we will determine the position of the unknown node by Point In Which Side (PIWS) determination. In addition, our algorithm is a kind of Range-free algorithm, and it can cuts down the node energy cost. The experiment results illustrate that the PACMLA algorithm has lower error and higher accuracy.

Abstract: Based on the matter-element extension model, this paper first builds a set of reasonable power quality evaluation index system, and then determines the index value through the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and finally makes a comprehensive evaluation of power supply quality. With an example based on, this paper will prove the feasibility of matter-extension model supplied in power quality evaluation.

Abstract: We designed High-Q micro-ring resonators based on SOI material. A new method of using a top SiO2 layer to cover the waveguide is applied and the tested Q factor is as high as 1.0135×104. Micro-ring resonator has been fabricated using Electron-Beam Lithography and Inductive Coupled Plasma. OptiFDTD was used to simulate the micro-ring resonator and we compared the transmission spectrum of this resonator with the resonator without SiO2 covering.

Abstract: By using low-power Toshiba microcomputer TMP86FH09ANG and capacitive touch-detecting chip CY8C21534, a control and display system of infrared cooker was designed. Its input and output are touch-sensitive buttons and LED respectively. The chip CY8C21534 can sense any changes of the capacitance of the touch-sensitive buttons. According to keyboard inputs, the corresponding operations such as power on/off, plate selection, fire adjustment, timing and child locker can be realized. The diagram of hardware circuit is presented in detail, and the software functions are introduced. This design can be reference to the development of related products.
