Abstract: To a decentralized supply chain system consisting of a manufacturer and multiple independent retailers, the game models about the decentralized solution and centralized solution are developed. Comparison of the optimal solutions to two models reveals that the supply chain needs coordination. Then a coordination model on the revenue-sharing contracts is introduced. Finally, a numerical example shows that the perfect supply chain coordination and the flexible allocation of the profit can be achieved when a complementary profit-sharing agreement is included.

Abstract: This paper introduces the FEA method for vibration characteristics analysis of a certain type of aero-engine compressor disc. Natural modal analysis for dynamical analysis is made and the results can be used as criterion of many dynamics characteristics and further analysis. In this paper, the natural modal of an aero-engine compressor disc with the joint hole fully constrained and in free status is calculated respectively. And the first ten natural frequencies and mode shapes are obtained. Also, vibration characteristics of each natural modal and the corresponding influence on the compressor disc and other structure are discussed. The analysis method and results in this paper can be used for further study on optimal design and vibration safety verification for the compressor disc system.

Abstract: This paper introduces the FEA method for cyclic symmetric structures and makes an vibration characteristics analysis to a certain type of aeroengine turbine blade-disc coupling system based on this method. According to the analysis results, the dynamic characteristics of the blade-disc coupling system are discussed. The analysis method and results in this paper can be used for further study on optimal design and vibration safety verification for the turbine blade-disc coupling system.

Abstract: Aircraft hydraulic power carts are important aviation support equipment. Because of their complex structure they have high failure rate. Therefore fault diagnosis system for hydraulic power carts is necessary to ensure high reliability and maintainability for hydraulic power carts. This paper presents a diagnosis method based on fuzzy diagnosis theory in the developing process of a new type of hydraulic power carts. The fault Symptom, critical value and fault causes are established based on the research of fault mode for hydraulic power carts. And also the mathematical model of fault diagnosis for hydraulic power carts is established based on fuzzy diagnosis theory. The practical test results and fault diagnosis instances show that with this fault diagnosis system fast fault diagnosis for hydraulic power carts was carried out successfully.

Abstract: This paper introduces a FEA method for vibration characteristics analysis of an aero-engine shrouded turbine blade and makes an actual modal analysis of this shrouded blade based on this method in UG software environment. The first six natural frequencies and mode shapes of this shrouded blade are calculated. And also, the dynamic characteristics of the shrouded turbine blade are discussed in detail according to the analysis results. The FEA method and the vibration characteristics analysis results in the paper can be used for optimal design and vibration safety verification of this aero-engine shrouded turbine blade.

Abstract: The analysis of spindle static stiffness is particularly important. The concept of spindle stiffness is introduced. Based on software ANSYS, the finite element analysis model of simplified spindle is established. Two equivalent forms of bearings are discussed and the analysis results are compared. The stress distribution nephogram of spindle is given. The research indicates that using spring-damper element instead of bearings is more suitable and the machining accuracy mainly depends on the stiffness rather than strength.

Abstract: The optimization of spindle has important significance. The optimization method based on ANSYS is introduced and spindle mathematical mode of HTC3250µn NC machine tool is given. By scanning of design variables, the main optimized design variables are determined. The single objective and multi-objective optimizations are done. In the end, the main size comparison of spindle before and after optimization is given.

Abstract: Design resources reuse is very important to the rapid response design. In this paper, a design resources reusable model based on product family is established to meet the rapid response design. Firstly, parameters transmission structure of product family is constructed based on Generic Bill of Materials (GBOM) and product master model, and then the reused design resource library is established by the instantiation to master model. Finally product configuration management and variant design is realized on the basis of the reused design resource library. In the developing process of the rapid response design system of machine tool component, the Linear Motion (LM) rolling guide variant design subsystem is developed by the application of the above methods to realize the variant design and configuration management of LM rolling guide. The result shows that the method can provide a reliable guarantee for establishment and effective management of corporate design resource base.
