Abstract: The incremental digital PID technology and pressure regulating technology are adopted for this thermostat. The results show that it can be better stabilize the temperature and can control the residuals between ±1 degrees Celsius. The experiment in transformation between solid and liquid of ice is designed on this basis. By changing the temperature and specific area, the law about melting time and rate between temperature and specific area is discussed and the proper empirical equations are obtained by using the MATLAB. Finally the result is that temperature and specific area can influence the process with power function relationship.

Abstract: The variation law of the average temperature with time in general case is derived by the differential equation of heat conduction which it is the reflection of the conservation of energy principle. The expression of the average temperature under the second boundary condition is given by the integral form of initial and boundary conditions. And what can be also derived are that the average temperature has a linear relationship with time when the boundary heat flux is constant, and it does not change with time under the adiabatic boundary condition.

Abstract: This paper takes styrene-butadiene latex with 37% solid contents, the portland cement of number 45r and fine sands with 0.2mm diameter to prepared similar material, the mass ratio of cement and fine sand is fixed, different ratio of the specimens are prepared by adjusting the latex ratio. The MATLAB fitting and ANSYS simulation calculation are used to compare to the date of soft rock. The analysis shows that the latex cement can be used for deep soft rock rheology theory and polymer materials similar simulation experiment.

Abstract: This thesis aims at the maximal productivity per unit power for linear vibrating screen. By means of MATLAB optimization technology, the optimal mathematical model of linear vibrating screen is established. On the basis of the actual design parameters for the 27m2 linear vibrating screen, the optimization of vibrating parameters for vibrating screen is solved by MATLAB Optimization Toolbox. According to the result of optimization design compared with ordinary design, the optimization method is proved to be consistent and reliable.

Abstract: Based on the mechanical behaviors of deep soft rock at the accelerating creep stage, a nonlinear rheological cell containing exponential equation replaces classic linear cell, a new nonlinear viscoelasto-plastic creep model of deep soft rock is established on the basis of Nishihara model, and the model can describe the three stages of rock nonlinear creep. Using the least squares method of Matlab to investigate test results, the result shows the new nonlinear creep model accords better with the creep test curves, and verify correctness of the new model.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of polyurethane screen deck in linear vibrating screen. The dynamic model of polyurethane screen deck in sieving is built. The maximum deformation of grizzly bar is studied and the section size of grizzly bar is optimized. The maximum deformation of grizzly bar is mainly affected by the vibration amplitude and the inclined angle of the vibrating screen. The optimization curve between the height and width of grizzly bar is obtained.

Abstract: Based on the theory of fatigue life prediction and by using the local stress-strain method and the material S-N curve of Q235 deduced by empirical formula; the fatigue was analyzed for the key parts of large-scale liner vibration screener by means of the general finite element analysis software, ANSYS. Thereby, the working conditions of force bearing, reliability and fatigue life-span of the key parts can be judged. The study will provide a theoretical basis for the design , manufacture, and installation of the large-scale liner vibration screener.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the formation of water film and its flow behavior on the surface of a vertical helix tube with hydrophilic nanolayer. The physical and mathematical models for single ingredient fluid are established and the effects of the surface geometry of the vertical helix tube on the water film flow are studied. The film thickness goes up at the trough and becomes thinner at the crest. The film thickness on the vertical helix tube with hydrophilic nanolayer is more uniform and has better heat transfer properties than the classical smooth surface tube.
