Abstract: Along with the Reform and opening-up and the establishment of Market Economy, the economy and living standards of our citizen are improving, nonetheless the gap between rich and poor is widening in the society, so the social groups is gradually getting differentiation. Especially the perspective of residential segregation with live position and live quality for represent. At the same time, the construction of the public rental housing which become the current social hot point usually neglect the social influence resulted by residential segregation. Taking the public rental housing in metropolitan area of Chongqing as an example, the paper tallies up the successful strategy of the construction of public rental housing from address and construct mode, land and funds cost, guarantee object and facilities kit in order to guide the construction of the public rental housing from residential segregation to residential introjection.

Abstract: Based on the overall urban-rural development, through analyzing the issues and their causes during the exploration of Chongqing new countryside construction, the paper discuss a new mode of “urban-rural field and park” planning in countryside construction. Taking Qianqiu Village as a case on study, the article proposes the planning mode which is coordinating of “three types of plans” as guarantee, interacting primary with tertiary industry as guidance, combining function and industry to efficient land use, taking a cluster layout of "House - Park - Field" to integrating rural landscape. So as to resolve the abuse caused by urban-rural spatial differentiation, integrate urban-rural living, production, and promote urban-rural development.

Abstract: Natural factor is that various factors as the ridges, valleys, plateaus, ravines formed by the nature force and can be abstracted as plane figure in topography. It is an important factor to control the spatial form of the mountain theme park when located in the mountainous city. By extracting, integrating and carding the natural factors and contacting with the Micro design methods of application of natural factors under the goal-oriented of Planning Concept, this paper Propose to overall plan from overall layout and form structure, furthermore, a methodology is put forward from landscape system and mountain features.

Abstract: Several issues of fringe residential area street space in main city of Guiyang raised during the constuction process have come into notice.An obvious one is that the status of fringe residential area street space hasn’t met the residents’life and physical needs, resulting in the loss of vigor and vitality of fringe residential area street space. Therefore, this paper proposes a new planning which bases on the concept of place theory,meeting the diverse needs of residents in daily life,considering the elements of street space for fringe residential area.The elements will be devided into the shapes, psychological needs and cultural connotations.
