Abstract: “CPOE62”platform is a self-elevating workover platform. Under the construction and service process,because of the particularity of work environment,Not only does it bear its own weight and variable load, but also bears the role of environmental load all the time. Sometimes this environment load will have an enormous destruction. Based on the analysis of environmental load, the author checks the bottom stability and verifies it through ANSYS. These will provide some useful information for the deep sea platform research in Bohai Sea deep-water oil and gas development, which achieves higher security and economic efficiency.

Abstract: Through to the petroleum drilling machine serial design pattern malpractice's analysis, this article proposed petroleum drilling machine's concurrent design uses in the petroleum drilling machine enterprise based on PDM the platform. Elaborated the concurrent design in the petroleum drilling machine production process's application, analyzed PDM and the concurrent design relational model as well as PDM and the petroleum drilling machine's concurrent design key technologies.

Abstract: Three-dimensional solid model of a turntable of a drilling rig is built utilizing the modeling functions of an engineering software SolidWorks. The virtual assembly for every components of the turntable is accomplished with the given assembly sequence in SolidWorks environment. The motion simulation and animation of simulation processes for the turntable under given conditions are carried out with module SOSMOSMotion of SolidWorks, and the dynamic interference check is also completed, so as to guarantee the correctness of the part design and improve the overall design efficiency, accuracy and intuitiveness. The study of assembly and motion simulation of the turntable based on SolidWorks can lay the foundation for communication and evaluation of design process as well as the manufacturing of the overall drilling rig.

Abstract: The problems occurring in deep hole honing are investigated for the difficult-to-cut materials such as Titanium alloy, high-temperature alloy and stainless steel,and carried out experiments and analyses to select the optimal abrasive honing stone, to improve the honing efficiency and to select rational honing process. The best honing stone types and technological process to those metallic materials have been obtained finally.

Abstract: This paper depicts a boring and trepanning association (BTA) deep-hole drilling system with near-dry cutting technique. The cutting tests are carried out in view of the machining performances under the condition of applying the compressed air and atomized cutting fluid for drilling deep holes on titanium alloy which is difficult to cut. Several cutter materials have been utilized in the tests. The reasonable material of the deep-hole drilling cutter has been determined by analyzing the cutting force, the cutter wear and the surface finish. Environmental pollution decreases owing to little cutting fluid consumption in near-dry cutting system.
