Abstract: Researching on continuous casting mold at a domestic steel slab, the coupled models of flow field and temperature field inside of mold were established in finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the flow field and temperature field of liquid steel in mold was simulated. The effect on flow field and temperature field in continuous casting mold caused by change of the withdrawal speed was mainly discussed in this paper. The simulation results show that the change of withdrawal speed has little effect on flow field and much effect on temperature distribution in mold. The simulation results are good agreed with the practical produce data, verifying the accuracy of the numerical simulation analysis, which provide theoretical basis and effective guidance for improving process and increasing yield in practical production.

Abstract: The article takes the blower as the research object, uses MATLAB software, extracts the typical fault eigenvalue of blower based on Wavelet Packet Analysis theory, according to the diagnosis mode energy decides fault degree. Establishes the link of MATLAB and database, which is convenient for storing and processing the fault eigenvalue. Forecast and predict the trend of blowers typical fault effectively through the application of the Grey prediction theory. Predicted results are very close to measured data, which proves the methods validity.

Abstract: As an important part of chromatography instruments, chromatographic column plays an important role in the progress of science and the development of production. In order to avoid the traditional process ,design - processing- test - Fixed design - re-processing and effectively shorting the design cycle save a lot of manpower, material and financial resources. This paper offers to watch the changes of flow profile within the column by the application of simulation software ANSYS CFX .Besides, according to the distribution of flow profile, the traditional column has been done a lot of dynamic simulation, especially the stigma part of the column. From a fluid Machinery perspective, we simulated and designed the structure, and then found out the best separation efficiency of the column structure.

Abstract: Binding the actual production of one sporting goods factory, in order to meet the needs of automatic production line of shooting flying saucer, the discoid products stacking machine was developed based on PLC, carried out mechanical system design of discoid products stacking machine and control system development based on PLC. After production testing proved reasonable structure of mechatronics systems, easy to operate, reliable, able to meet the requirements of automated production, with a strong practical and innovative, have some application value.

Abstract: Signal measuring is an important link in machine fault diagnosis. Accurate and reliable fault signals can be achieved by reasonable signal measuring. When the distance between sensor and measuring gear or bearing is comparatively far, the collected signals became weak and disturbed by other vibratory signals in equipments on bearing and gear fault analysis. Useful signals often were submerged in powerful noise, so caused difficult in extracting fault feature. In this paper, according to the feature of vibratory signals in machine test, wavelet analysis basic theory was applied on researching basic feature of wavelet analysis. By selecting suitable wavelet function and applying wavelet elimination noise technology the signal to noise ratio of signal was raised, thus the vibratory impact component can be measured in weak signals. Finally, wavelet analysis was applied on bearing fault diagnosis.
