Abstract: The effects of AC frequency, magnetic field strength, ribbon length and test temperature on the Fe72Co8Si15B5 amorphous ribbon’s magnetic impedance were studied. The results showed that the resistance, reactance and impedance of amorphous ribbons increased with the increase of AC frequency, but decreased as magnetic field strength decreased; the rangeability of resistance, reactance and impedance increased as AC frequency and magnetic field strength increased; the resistance and reactance increased as ribbon length increased; the ribbon had a good temperature stability in resistance.

Abstract: Finite element analysis and the ANSYS Workbench software is used to analyze the dynamic response characteristic of wind turbine tubular tower and solve out the natural vibration frequencies. That result is used to verify the design parameters and optimize the tubular tower.

Abstract: Siemens AG SINUMERIK820 is used for high-speed numerical control (NC) grinder, which integers CNC and PLC and is safe and reliable. The mechanism of high speed spindle is that the motor and spindle are combined as one body; rapid feedrate is realized by steep-lead ball screw and increasing feed servo motor rotation speed; the wear particles of wheel are mainly of cubic Boron Nitride and diamonds; and the machine is more stable and reliable.
