Abstract: It is introduced that laser shock peening is suitable for machining metal micro components. The micro scale effect and elastic-plastic theory of micro scale laser shock processing were analyzed and discussed. The research status, mechanism, key technology and influence factors of microscale lager shock peening were summarized and the problems in microscale lager shock peening were analyzed, which provides guidance for further research.

Abstract: According to the processing and control requirements of precision CNC internal grinder, a design of ARM-based embedded precision CNC internal grinder soft-PLC system was proposed. The design idea of open CNC system was introduced and the system hardware and software were packaged as the components to develop the PLC applications, achieved the logic control of the machine tool. This design meets the requirements of software design instead of hardware design and system integration development of embedded CNC system, achieved the real-time process control and improved the precision.

Abstract: According to the properties of the CNC precision internal grinding, the Human-machine interface system for the CNC based on industrial-grade touch device is proposed in this paper. Based on analyzing the human-machine interface system on the whole, each module is described in detail. The whole human-machine interface system is friendly, convenient and flexible, which meet the function requirements of embedded CNC precision internal grinder.

Abstract: Based on FEM, a new type of ultrasonic elliptic vibrator design method was proposed, the ultrasonic elliptic vibration was achieved by the structural curve of the longitudinal and torsional vibrations. The impedance and vibration characteristics of the new longitudinal-torsional composite ultrasonic elliptic vibrator prototype were tested. It provides an important basis for impedance matching and longitudinal-torsional composite ultrasonic elliptical vibration application.

Abstract: Based on designing problems of the vibrator composed by the transducer, horn and tool in the ultrasonic vibration internal grinding (UVG) system, a new whole vibrator design method were proposed. The model and harmonic analyses of the new whole vibrator were performed by FEM, the prototype of the new whole vibrator was tested by using impedance analyzer and PSV-400 laser Doppler vibrometer, the correctness of the finite element simulation results and the feasibility of the new whole vibrator design methods were verified.

Abstract: Through theoretical analysis and simulation, a practical structural and design method of rotary non-contact electric power transmission (RNEPT) device for ultrasonic vibration internal grinding (UVG) system were proposed, experiments about the prototype of the RNEPT device for UVG system were studied, the feasibility of the optimum design methods was verified.
