Abstract: In the dynamic design of 6 axes high efficient grinding machine for high-pressure vessel of nuclear power, the paper established the 3D solid digital model of grinding machine based on parametric design criterion by Pro/E, and calculated the result of static and vibration model analysis on the whole machine with the ANSYS, preliminary grasped the dynamic and static characteristics of the grinding machine, these were very essential for us to optimize the grinding machine structure and follow-up to manufacture successfully.

Abstract: This paper brings forward a method which can grinding edge and welding seam in kitchen sink manufacture with high efficiency abrasive belt grinding technology to replace manual grinding way, expatiates this new gantry grinding machine structure design and trimming edge along cuvre contour by CNC, gives a application example to grinding sink, finally summarizes this new grinding techniques and grinding machine.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the simulations of nanometric grinding process on face centered cubic structure (FCC) single metal crystals (Cu, Ni) using Molecular dynamics. In order to analyze the plastic deformation of sample metals in nanometric grinding processes, we propose an approach using techniques of central symmetry parameters and neighbor changing ratios. The simulation results show that besides the normal dislocation defects, weak slipping defects locating on {111} crystal planes are found under the surface layer. In addition, the distribution of the neighbor changing ratio indicates that the nano grinding processes will likely cause the global plastic deformation in the surface layer.

Abstract: This paper brings a new method of adaptive control with constant pressure on large-scale surface grinding machine. The existing problem of uneven in the process of abrasive belt grinding on titanium alloy composite plates is solved effectively. And the grinding head and the belt follow the plate surface ups and downs effectively through contacting the workpiece with the constant pressure. Not only did ensure the grinding depth and the size of the titanium alloy plates, but also improved the surface processing quality. After experiment, the satisfactory control effect was obtained. The research results have some practical value on adaptive control theory and industrial practice.

Abstract: A high-precision grinding method is presented to the marine controllable pitch propeller. Developed the four-axis simultaneous grinding system based on the abrasive belt grinding principle, and studied the key technologies of the grinder, such as the heavy-duty belt grinding head, the controllable pitch propeller grinding CNC programming software, etc. And on these bases, we have done the four-axis simultaneous heavy belt grinding test verification on the surface of the controllable pitch propeller blade with the grinder, providing a reference to determine the reasonable marine propeller belt grinding process parameters.

Abstract: The article established the experimental method for belt grinding process parameters of nuclear power high-pressure vessel, put forward the evaluation index and the main impact factors of material belt grinding capability for nuclear power high-pressure vessel shell surfacing layer, analyzed the influence to belt grinding capability of nuclear power high-pressure vessel with different abrasive, granularity, belt speed, grinding force, hardness of contract wheel and grooves, established and analyzed the non-liner relationship of the belt grinding capability and its influence factors for nuclear power high-pressure vessel, which based on the neural network. With the relationship established a process optimize model of efficient belt grinding which based on grinding efficiency, grinding quality, grinding cost, and the model preferably solved the multi-factor comprehensive optimization problem of nuclear power high-pressure shell surface efficient belt grinding process.C

Abstract: This paper brings forward a new method of calculating the cutter location data for 6-axis simultaneous CNC abrasive belt grinding complex surface based on the ACIS software kit, expatiates this belt grinding tool position calculation algorithm and key technique of software development, and verifies this algorithm with turbine blade on the 6-axis belt grinder, finally summarizes this new method also be applicable to other similar surface machining NC program system.

Abstract: The method of abrasive belt finishing slender piston rod was proposed in this paper, which based on low surface roughness weaknesses of low rigidity slender piston rod in the grinding process. And the ralation between the surface roughness and the grinding parameters was analyzed by the experiment research. The research result has a reasonably guidance for the actual manufacturing process.

Abstract: In this paper, performing experiment on abrasive belt grinding of glass reinforced plastic, the reasons why belt is slipping is analyzed under such circumstances when glass reinforced plastic is grinded by wet abrasive belt, a basis for the fiber reinforced plastic properties of an effective method of grinding is proposed, a solution that belt is slipping in the process is proposed too. At last, a basis is given to choose the correct hardness which on depend different parts of the hardness of the round of contacts.
