Abstract: This paper describes a family dishwasher which has been applied for China Patents, it mainly introduces the wave-wheel dishwasher control system that adopts AT89S52 to be the control core. The article gives the hardware control circuit, provides the system’s main program and the keyboard interrupt program block diagram. Through practice, the system is operating reliably, its performance is stable, and can effectively complete the tasks of washing, disinfection and drying by full-automatic.

Abstract: This phototherapy takes full advantage of near infrared ray with high penetrability treating various pains and UVC curing gynaopathy, yet using the same control system. Introducing emphatically AT89S51 as the core to control circuit, utilizing PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) produced by singlechip to manage the transmit power of light source and implementing the control system into hospital’s RS-485 monitoring network. Because of the machine serving several purposes, it makes the treatment efficiency higher and the cost lower.

Abstract: This paper introduces a kind of multi-function nursing bed control system which has won Chinese invention patent. This system takes AT89C51 as a core, uses a unique control mode for a single electrical machinery driven four transmissions, and adopts a modular control technology which respectively controls the movements of four lead screws through electrical machinery’s positive or negative rotation, and electromagnetic clutch’s connection or disconnection to decide the power transmission direction, so as to realize the different postures of the nursing bed, and meet the demands of patient care.

Abstract: Presently most of the air-conditioning pipeline cleaning robots in the market do not have the self-adaptive capacity to variable diameter pipelines, and clean the circular pipeline incompletely, have the whipping problems in the working process. For this case, this paper developed a new type of pipe robot; the robot adopts the umbrella-like open-and-close mechanism, scissors lifting mechanism and tail location and navigation device. It can align the center of the circular pipes with different diameters automatically, and sweep 360° one-time, improve the efficiency and stability of the robot greatly.

Abstract: Presently for single function and high cost of the phototherapy equipments, this paper introduces a kind of Double-Wave-Bands therapeutic apparatus, which fully utilizes the principle of near-infrared wavelengths treating various pains and UVC sterilizing. This apparatus uses two different kinds of wave bands by selecting different light sources, but a set of control system. Because of a machine with multi-purpose and less cost, this apparatus can treat all forms of disease safely and effectively through using output light of the optical system by various forms of curing probes to be helpful for a promotion.

Abstract: In view of the existing pipe cleaning robot does not have the self-adaptive capacity to variable diameter pipelines and the whipping problems in the working process, a new style pipe cleaning robot is developed. This robot adopts umbrella's open-and-close mechanism, screw lifting mechanism and tail location navigation mechanism.This is a good solution to the stability of the robot work and improves its work efficiency. This paper describes the overall structure design and the key technique of robot, and the physical model of the robot is created. Finally, the experiment results indicate that the robot have a compact structure and reliable work.
