Abstract: The finite element analysis was carried out on the piston of WWD - 0.8/10 type air compressor under the action of mechanical load stress and deformation.Using three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks to establish a simplified geometric model of piston in air compressor ,Transform the model built in the three dimensional finite element analysis software into the finite element model for analysis,Determine the method of the piston by the mechanical load and boundary conditions,Completed the stress analysis and deformation analysis of the piston under the mechanical load ,The results of analysis of the piston design optimization has important reference value.

Abstract: Using reverse engineering technology software, Imageware and UG, and taking the card buckle as a prototype for the practical application of reverse engineering, this article discusses the method of combining reverse engineering with rapid technology. Using optical system to collect images, and then through the computer image processing technology to extract edge contour digital points, using the existing CAD software processing system for the reconstruction of 3D model, and taking a detail analysis of the critical technology of surface reconstruction, using rapid prototyping technology for processing molding, so as to improve the efficiency of product design, shorten the product development cycle. And at last, through the test, we get some usual problems and solve them one by one.

Abstract: Pro/E was developed by the American company PTC CAD / CAM software, it is a new generation product modeling system with features as parametric design, three-dimensional solid model, feature-driven and single database. Pro/E software uses object-oriented unified database and parametric modeling technology, which has conceptual design, basic design and detailed design features,and provides excellent platforms for integrated manufacturing molds.Take Mug for example, the process of product modelling and mold design used by Pro/E software was introduced. The mold design cycle , the parting surface, the mold die space and the core was focused. The high efficiency characteristic of plastic mold design used by Pro/E was elaborated.

Abstract: Elliptical head is an important standard part of the separation tower equipment. It can not be generated by tensile method, rotation method, because the rotation axis can not pass region. This paper introduces the ObjectARX programming environment. It describes how to build the menu and the dialog box. ObjectARX is a secondary development tool of AutoCAD. With its function and its mechanical drawing once learned, four arcs of ellipse can be used to build 3d modeling of head.of tower equipment. The ObjectARX programming technology is applied to develop AutoCAD, making it more convenient to darw the professional 3d graphics.

Abstract: Combined with the experimental tunnel actual environment to select the appropriate control points as the logo, layout tunnel three dimensional modeling control network. using high-precision total station TM30 to control, measure and acquire image control points coordinate. in the following field collection imaging principle, the actual target of image acquisition, 3D modeling of tunnel based on the software platform of Lensphoto, the research results show that, the tunnel homonymous control point coordinates measured by Lensphoto three-dimensional model and using high-precision total station TM30 observations are of basic agreement, the error in the centimeter level, verified the feasibility of using digital close range photogrammetry in actual measurement of tunnel engineering,has the long-term guiding significance to the tunnel three-dimensional digital information collection and safety production.

Abstract: Due to the special nature of the fire at subway station, the traditional fire simulation and fire drills are difficult to carry out. It is difficult to obtain accurate data of fire, and emergency program design is also difficult to achieve the greatest degree of optimization. This paper discusses the advantage of virtual roaming technology, builds the model of subway station by 3Dmax. By webmax virtual roaming we can build the virtual tour system of subway station fire emergency, which provides the user with a fire simulation environment of metro station. At the same time, we also introduce the corresponding key technologies and the overall program system which we have designed. More methods for optimizing the fire emergency plan also have been provided.

Abstract: The virtually assemble model of the L-10/7 piston type air compressor with double actions was established under SolidWorks software. The kinematics and dynamics simulation of compressor’s crank-link mechanism were done by SolidWorks Motion, and the main results of simulation were given out, the results coincide with the date of design calculate. It can be used as the foundation for stress calculation and optimization design of the air compressor.

Abstract: The application of photogrammetry, with a particular emphasis on 3D modelling and monitoring, is of interest in the field of underground mining transportation. In the article, a practical assignment concerning the creation of a 3D model with the aid of an ordinary photographic camera and a personal computer, practically conducted by a student with the aid or supervision of a lecturer at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, as a part of the academic process that is, in the effort to instil practical knowledge into students, part of pursuing a mining degree, is described in detail, delineating all the procedures involved, any appearing problems, the means to deal with any appearing problems and the means to employ the obtained 3D model in the future. The aim of creating the 3D model was to demonstrate the convenience of applying photogrammetry in the fields of mining, geology and geotechnology, as well as to introduce a tool that is, in terms of its efficiency, relatively poorly represented in Slovenia and, taking into account its affordability along with its efficiency, to consider its practical application in the mining, geological and geotechnological professions.
