Abstract: Application of ANSYS parametric design language APDL built the model of workover rig derrick-guy line system. Take XJ70 type workover rig for example, optimization of derrick anchor pile piling position has been calculated under the condition of anchor pile ultimate uplift force. The uplift force obtained from pullout tests and different from soil type and soil condition. By optimizing calculation, on the premise of anchor pile bearing safety, the minimum and feasible piling positions have been gotten to guide piling work in special well site conditions. When the bearing capacity of soil decreased, make hook load as design variable, get the hook load limits at each pile position to ensure the ground anchor pile bearing safety.

Abstract: A kind of medicinal polymer needle array used for skin drug delivery is proposed in this paper. The structure design, ANSYS analysis, MOLDFLOW simulation and experiment are given. The structure of the micro-needle is that the needles are distributed on a thin-walled substrate. To study the strength of the micro-needle array, ANSYS software is used to check the axial and radial stress strength. The bending strength is improved by optimizing the micro-needle geometric structure. At the same time, in view of the polymer micro-needle array forming process, MOLDFLOW simulation software is used to research the effect that melt flow direction. The results show that the needle of the polymer melts in the micro-needle the cavities flowing along the axial direction is strong. Experiments were conducted to analyze the forming of micro-needle for different polymer, and a higher accuracy polymer micro-needle array is gotten.

Abstract: Recently the steel wire reinforced thermoplastics composite pipelines are increasingly used in many different fields. In this paper, a parametric finite element model (FEM) of Steel Wire Reinforced Thermoplastics Composite Pipe (SRTP) was established by using ANSYS parametric design language (APDL). The purpose of optimization was to reduce the cost, so the minimum of pipelines total weight was chosen as the optimization objective. The wall thickness of SRTP and the diameter and axial pitch of braided steel wire were chosen as the main optimize parameters. The whole optimization process must ensure that the bearing capacity of SRTP was not weakened, so the yield strength was chosen as the optimization constraints. The optimization results were reasonable and correct.

Abstract: This paper describes a parallel three degrees of freedom delta mechanism used for pick-and-place. It has the advantages of simple integral structure, strong bearing capacityhigh precisionkinematics and dynamics performance. According to this mechanism wide development prospect, the company study on the inverse kinematics inverse dynamics analysis and the static analysis by using ANSYS finite element analysis Software of Delta. These analyses have laid a good theoretical foundation for future research. These researches provide possible for widely used in foodpackingautomated assembly line occasions of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Abstract: Diaphragm chamber is the key component in fluid end of high pressure diaphragm pump for long distance pipeline transportation. Structural dimensions are the major factors affecting mechanical strength and manufacturing cost of diaphragm chamber. In this paper, diaphragm chamber was simulated by finite element analysis software ANSYS. Mechanical strength of diaphragm chamber was checked in the light of ASMEVIII-2. The structure of diaphragm chamber was modified for the purpose of extending service life and reducing production costs. The analysis results provide some theoretical guidance for research and development of diaphragm chambers and relevant products.

Abstract: The numerical simulation method of LCRM Using Coaxial Inside-Beam Powder Feeding is put forward in this page. LCRM conduction model is established, the life and death unit to be used to simulate the real laser cladding process. Calculation results show that the molten pool temperature will gradually increase with the number of cladding layers increase; the highest temperature at the point of application of the laser beam position later; in the cladding process, cooling rate is great in high temperature period, and in low temperature section, cooling rate relatively slight.

Abstract: Aimed at the Chinese FEM (Finite Element Method) software market was occupied by foreign company, the article introduced the FEM software----Alpha System, which was developed by us. Alpha System could deal with heat transfer and structure static problems. It had 6 modules such as project management, geometric modeling, meshing, loading, solving, and visualization. Some of the key technologies were afforded to solve the difficulties on achieving the software. At last, a part of car rear axle was simulated by Alpha and Ansys. The contrast analysis of the result proved the accuracy of Alpha System. The article gives the reference on how to design the FEM System.

Abstract: This paper presents a optimal design of a damping devices for the protection of the reinforced concrete structure of a nuclear power plant (NPP) against the impact loads from a container of nuclear fuel of the type TK C30 drop. The finite element idealization of the building structure is used in space. The interaction of the soil-structure, as well as the fluid-structure of the deactivated basin is considered in space. A steel pipe damper system is proposed for the dissipation of the kinetic energy of the container is free fall. The Newmark’s integration method is used for the solution of the dynamic equations.

Abstract: In this paper, a simulation of three kinds of micro-groove plate heat pipes--- rectangular; trapezoidal and triangular, is conducted by thermal analysis software ANSYS. Through comparing with the focal point temperature value of the surfaces of micro-groove plate heat pipes, respectively being 30W; 40W; 50W, the result is obtained that trapezoidal plate heat piper has more excellent performance.

Abstract: The finite element model of electric stop valve with flange bolts preload and valve stem force was established to improve the valve stress calculation method which was based only on action of fluid pressure, thermal stresses and pipe reaction forces. The principle and application of pretension load elements were expounded. By ANSYS, the stresses of this valve with preload and valve stem force were calculated, and the Mises equivalent stresses contour and some values of key position of whole valve were obtained. The results indicate the influence of the stresses on the valve caused by preload of bolt mounted on the flange and valve stem force can not be ignored.
