Abstract: In this paper is presented a comparison between the obtained start-acceleration of a vehicle with wheels and one tracked. Experiments performed in this regard were conducted on three types of surfaces like parquet, carpet and sand. The vehicles chosen for testing were a remote-controlled mini-vehicle (wheeled locomotion system) and Spy Video TRAKR (locomotion system tracked). In order to determine the acceleration, the vehicles were equipped with ultrasonic sensor DT020-1 and data acquisition system MultiLogPRO, running connected to a PC or as a standalone device.

Abstract: The failure of retaining wall construction can be occurred due to the forces acting on the rear wall exceed the capacity of its stability. Dynamic acceleration parameters can affect the movement pattern of granular soil behind the retaining wall. This research aims to study the movement of grain behind the retaining wall by laboratory testing. The retaining wall model was made in the glass box of a length of 2 meters, width of 0.4 meter and height of 1 meter. This models used gravity types, which was made of concrete and was placed on dry sand with a trapezoid-shaped a height of 20 centimeters, width of peak 2 centimeters and width of below 10 centimeters. The model was examined using dry sand material with grain size that can pass through sieve No. 4 and retained on sieve No.100 of loose sand density (γd = 1.4184 gr/cm3). The model was vibrated using shaking tables with a given variation on sinusoidal loads and was recorded using accellerometer. The displacement of granular soil in a particular point was also monitored during vibration. The results shows that there is different grain movements resulted from different acceleration. The increase in vibration accelerates the grain to fill the empty space between the grains. This causes wider movement area of the grain and expands the landslide areas.

Abstract: A intelligent logistics monitoring microsystem has been designed based on STM32F103T8, which is high ability, low power consumption and low cost. The radio frequency (RF) chip CC1101, the acceleration sensor BMA280 and the temperature and humidity sensor HTU21D are selected to acquire the corresponding data for the intelligent logistics microsystem, which are ultra-low power consumption and ultra-small size. Moreover, in order to further reduce power consumption, the interrupt mode is adopted in the data acquisition module and the sleep mode is used in the MCU module in the software control. On the other hand, in order to further optimize the performance of miniaturization, the SWD (Serial Wire Debug) protocol is used. Meanwhile, the system will alarm the transportation officer once the acquired data met or exceed the threshold, which will help him to take corresponding measures timely, thus reducing the risk of occurrence effectively.

Abstract: Based on the optimal velocity difference model (for short, OVDM) proposed by Peng et al., a new car-following model is presented by considering the leading cars’ acceleration. The linear stability condition of the new model is obtained by using the linear stability theory. Numerical simulation shows that the new model can avoid the disadvantage of negative velocity occurred in the OVDM by adjusting the coefficient of the leaders acceleration and can stabilize traffic flow more effectively.

Abstract: Shaking table test is an important means of simulated earthquake in laboratory, slope shaking table test data provide a scientific basis for analysis of dynamic stability and instability mechanism of slopes. Sine vibration table test data processing is different from general frequency domain analysis method, need real-time data processing in time domain. Taking the sine sweep test conditions, which is one of the conditions in "Earthquake landslide and slope prevention and control technology research on shaking table test", as an example. Describes the layout of sensors in shaking table test and the reasons; Sine sweep test load and aim; and listed the steps and methods of the sine sweep test in data processing; Through the processing and analysis of test data identified the vibration frequency of model and shaking table system is 30Hz, damping ratio is 2.06%; Analysis and calculation of the different sections of the slope and position of the amplification coefficient. A methodological guidance for shaking table test and dynamic response analysis of the slope is provided.

Abstract: The objectives of this work are to evaluate the performance and analyze the factors which could be having an influence of vibration subsoiler in cultivation, and to envisage and design the measurement and control system based on the existing research in the soil bin test platform. The system consisted of three distinct subsystem: a subsystem for controlling subsoiler based on a AC variable frequency motor at oscillating frequency of 0-60Hz and amplitude of 10mm, a ‘complicated box’ subsystem for getting data from various sensors which were distributed in each part of the system under test and an analysis system with a mobile-friendly interface on PC base on labview software. Finally, the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the subsoiler were studied on the basis of single-factor and multi-factor experiment, and experiment results showed that the frequency factor suggested a coupling of the influence of the soil, the subsoiler and the operating conditions.

Abstract: Concerning the intelligent control of technique parameters in weaving preparation process known as automatic winder in textile production, the yarn tension, yarn defects, running speed and acceleration are key technique parameters which should be carefully monitored and controlled. The linear and rotating speed will definitely affect the dynamic tension of warp yarn during the winding process. The acceleration of the tension device on automatic winder and tension roller will affect the swing speed and amplitude, eventually influence the value and abirritation of dynamic tension. The capacitive transducer is used to detect yarn defects for improvement of yarn quality, in addition such sensor is qualified to monitor the acceleration of dynamic tension regulator. The principle and designation as well as application of relevant sensor has been discussed in this paper in detail.

Abstract: In engineering practice, geotechnical particle vibration speed is usually regarded as stability criterion of explosion seismic wave. However, when using explosion seismic wave to evaluate damage effect of shock wave, it is needed to study characteristics on other physical quantities of explosion seismic wave. By establishing test system of explosion seismic wave, seismic acceleration signals of 4 rounds of ammunition in air explosions are measured in three directions. The results show that the test system is reliable and effective.

Abstract: The paper presents the research results regarding the determination of the calculus relations necessary to simulate the free piston’s movement from the single regime thermo-hydraulic generators. The thermo-hydraulic generator is the main part of the single regime running thermal engines (absolute novelty-pioneer invention), that transforms the thermal energy obtained by burning the fuel (gasoline, diesel fuel, unconventional fuels), in hydrostatic energy. The hydrostatic energy produced by the generator is stored in a hydro-pneumatic accumulator. In the paper are presented the variation functions of the forces acting on the piston in one engine cycle and the variation functions of the kinematic parameters (speeds and accelerations). Because the thermo-hydraulic generator is an absolute novelty, the mathematical model for the piston’s movement developed by the authors is an original one, but is based on classical equations that describe the phenomena that take place in the system.

Abstract: Relative to the sports that have complex technology, basketball sport not only needs the basketball players have very good physical quality and accurate skill of passing, shooting a ball if you want to achieve process of good passing, dribbling, pitching and so on. And relative to the research angle of current way of raising level of basketball fast break and pass, the medicine ball training angle is insufficient, therefore this paper departed from the basis literature of technical of medicine ball training and basketball fast break and pass, and had research according to the universities basketball class, selected two classes to have contrast analysis of the tradition and medicine ball training, and got strong guidance of medicine ball training contributes to the improve distance and speed of basketball fast break and pass, this helps basketball coaches who can effectively use this method to improve basketball fast break and pass technology of the players, and improve the players' physical quality.
