Abstract: This research explores water users’ perceptions regarding access, quantity, quality and water treatments in urban area of Yogyakarta and Hanoi. This research’s approach is qualitative and descriptive. The case studied was in the City of Yogyakarta, Indonesia and Hanoi Vietnam. Subjects were chosen using snowballing techniques. The result showed there was similar perceptions among respondents in both cities, in terms of access, quantity, and quality of water. All respondents decribed that they have adequate access to water supply, whether provided by the water company or derived from dug well. Repondents’s perceptions showed a degree of satisfaction with the quantity of water but a slight concern of quality.

Abstract: Based on the current development of corneal endothelial cells in the domestic, this paper developed corneal endothelial cell analyzer software system which taken Microsoft Visual Studio as development platform in Windows7 system and combined with MATLAB image processing technology and the Access database information management technology. The software relies on a database established patient archiving and query system, by VC + + statically call the dynamic link library that MATLAB Compiler generated to complete image processing, by partial equilibrium approach for image enhancement, by dynamic difference method for determination threshold when binaries. The software provides good interactive interface and graphics display surface, but also sets aside network port as follow-platform extension.

Abstract: This article illustrates with the criterion of the common shafting accessorys design, using the Visual C++ and the Access to primarily set up the parameters and coefficients database of the shafting accessories, which are mostly the gear and the conical roller gearing. Setting up its function as demanding, appending and deletion, etc. Making the data processing for mechanical design and other fields conveniently. Through this research and exploitation, It can account for setting up the parameters and coefficients database of the standard accessory is necessary and really count for engineering.

Abstract: This study explores the cloud computing service security and access by considering the cloud provider, service provider and the customers concern and identifying new trends of challenges relate to the two types of concerns. Focusing on the mobile environment, strategies to cope with the challenges are proposed. By investigating concerns from different perspectives, and drawing upon the proposed levels of strategies, we hope to bridge the gap between technology/service providers and the customers.

Abstract: It is a problem to build Inter Satellite Links so that Region Navigation System has optimal performance. Therefore, the article puts forward an algorithm, which synthesizes the time of satellites accessed and the distance of satellites. And then it carries out a simulation in navigation system to certify the superiority of the algorithm. The experimental result shows that the ISLs can effectively improve the performance of navigation system. And comparing with the traditional Minimum Distance Algorithm, the proposed algorithm has the same effect on improving the performance of navigation system and needs fewer times of changing links.

Abstract: Reasonable selection of materials and their processing methods directly influences the quality and costs of products. Therefore, material information system plays an important role in material research, development, production, application and education. Due to the superiority and development speed of database technology, it has been widely applied to mechanical processing industry, providing technical support for mechanical manufacturing automation. In the paper, a mechanical processing material database system is put forward. Its key technologies and developing approach are discussed in detail. The establishment of processing data information database, which can provide reasonable or optimal technological parameters, is one of the most effective measures to enhance the competitiveness of an enterprise.
