Abstract: In order to improve the rapid response ability of the inertial navigation system mounted on the aircrafts which are onboard a ship, a novel rapid transfer alignment method of the strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) on a rocking base is put forward.Interfering motions such as rolling, pitching, and yawing motions caused by sea waves are effectively used. Meanwhile, to remedy the effects of modeling uncertainty and adapt the nonlinear character in the error models, a robust SDRE (state-dependent Riccati equation) filter design is developed based on the infinity-norm minimization criterion. The filter presented can solve the problem that the standard Kalman filter cannot give the optimal solution when the system model and stochastic information are unknown accurately. Simulation results show that the misalignment angle error estimation can be upgraded dramatically and the new algorithm is less sensitive to uncertainty noise.

Abstract: Aligned array electrospun nanofibers are preferred and even necessary in most of applications. Most research reported was focus on the quality and uniform of directions of the array nanofibers. This paper describes a simple method for fabrication of large area aligned naonofibers. A zigzag shape collector was used in the electrospinning system. Alignment of nanofibers was realized by this system. Nanofibers collected on the peak and valley of the Aluminum foil were oriented. This system is a hybrid structure of parallel electrodes and disc collector with tip-like top.

Abstract: optimization design of Water supply network is based on alignment. This research is done by analysis of cost per water quantity of cubic meter for supplying, and takes expenses as weights of pipe calculation.Alignment is designed according to dijkstra's algorithm , and the scheme which cost least is chosen at this section, so it can get the optimization quickly.

Abstract: Slant-face fiber side coupling of vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) is reported. The direct coupling efficiency can reach 70%. The relative coupling efficiency variety caused by the position displacement and angle displacement was studied respectively. It is found that the cylinder of the fiber can collimate the divergent laser beam and improve aligning tolerance.

Abstract: With Respect to the challenges most organizations are facing when considering information security management, especially how to demonstrate the value of security to senior leadership and how to meet all kinds of legislations in one place, this article describes a dynamic business driven integrative information security architecture to address those problems. By designing the architecture through three levels which are domain level, component level, and control level, the architecture is target to establish alignment and traceability between business and security, build customer service concept within security practices, establish a dynamic and integrative framework, and manager information security in a more predictive and proactive manner. By applying this architecture into a real life business case, the fact shows that after the implementation, the major security indicators have been visibly improved.

Abstract: The average particle size of synthesized nanoparticles (nps) was found to be about 34 nm as analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The nonlinear optics measurements were performed by using z-scan method with 532 nm wavelength CW Nd:YAG laser. The influence of electric field on the nonlinear optical responses for nematic liquid crystals (NLCs) doped with nps was considered in different voltages. The measurements were performed with ferronematics for two commonly initial alignments (homogeneous and homeotropic) with small compositional percentage of magnetic nps (i.e. 1% W/W). The experimental results show that the magnitudes of nonlinearity in homeotropic alignment samples are larger than homogeneous ones. Results show that the applied electric field had a great effect on the nonlinear optical properties of NLCs doped with nps in homogeneous alignment samples and do not have any significant affect in homeotropic alignment samples.

Abstract: The engineering neutron diffractometer E3 at Helmholtz Centre Berlin is constantly being upgraded. Since the installation of a new monochromator in 2007, the instrument has become much faster and more attractive for the user community. Here, the continuation of the upgrade activities, including a radial oscillating collimator, a new slit system and further advantageous tools to improve the performance on E3, is presented.

Abstract: The alignment of a ¼-circle Eulerian cradle is discussed. The method is based on diffraction and uses a special alignment tool and a stress-free powder sample. A new profile shape function is introduced to describe better distorted diffraction peaks.

Abstract: Kernel methods can effectively deal with the nonlinear problem. The methods not only can be used for data de-noising, also be effective for classification problems. Using kernel PCA method, we provide a more precise Zernike expansion, which can apparently improve the reconstruction accuracy. At the same time, explore learning the kernel function by the alignment. We verify that the alignment value and recognition rate is proportional relationship.

Abstract: The analysis and processing of medical data is very valuable, and the alignment for medical database in sentence level plays an important role in which. Among the existing sentence alignment approaches, the error propagation problem highly impacts the precision of the alignment result. This paper proposed a multiple factors integration based sentence alignment model (MFI). The MFI model integrated multiple factors to acquire the similarity map for sentence aligning; and used optimization matching strategy to get the alignment between the bilingual text. Experiments showed that, due to the introduction of the MFI model, the error propagation was avoid or relieved. And the overall error rate of sentence alignment was reduced by 20%.
