Abstract: Work presents a proposal of mathematical algorithm used to analyse torsional vibrating systems with composite piezoelectric assemblies. In this paper systems with composite piezoelectric assemblies made of a combination of piezoelectric segments forming a ring transducer are considered. This is why such kind of transducers can be easily used in torsional vibrating systems. A mathematical model of the system was created and characteristics of the system were calculated using an approximate method. Obtained results are presented on charts and analysed. The main aim of this work is to prove that the mathematical algorithm that was presented in the previous authors works can be easily used in order to analyse systems with new, advanced and non-classical piezoelectric transducers.

Abstract: Nanostructured materials have gained a lot of importance in the latest technologies due to their amazing mechanical, thermal, and even nuclear properties. Either used as classic protective coatings or particle detectors, nanostructured materials require special synthesis methods, from physical or chemical vapour deposition, flame synthesis to plasma processing. The complex phenomena accompanying their synthesis required the deep study of the thermodynamic parameters of such systems, with special emphasis on a theoretical approach which is independent to the synthesis method and generally applicable. The complex mathematical description of such phenomena and the solution to the thermodynamic functions of the system, achieved in many cases by numerical methods, was often done by strong commercial codes. Despite the efforts, many of the predicted synthesis parameters did not match experimental determinations, and furthermore, conducted to confusing and even wrong results regarding especially the pressure and temperature range required to obtain the quality materials. The present work aims to draw a comparative computational analysis of nanostructured materials, indicating not only some commercial code results, but also the differences in softwares, methods, theoretical approach and conclusions. Both similarities and differences are underlined by the numerical and graphical solutions, as offered by various commercial codes, revealing strong and weak aspects in thermodynamic considerations. The output of such a computational thermodynamic analysis doesnt depend on the synthesis method, but on the assumptions done and the materials under evaluation, and presents a good concordance with many experimental data, either obtained during authors work or literature-reported. The study is useful when needing the synthesis parameters, such as temperature, system and component pressure, feedstock composition, the degree of freedom analysis, the Gibbs free energy, the driving force, the phase diagrams, the pressure-temperature or pressure-volume graph. Taking into account the balance between assumptions, accuracy, and effective nanostructured material, one has to choose the most suitable commercial code and approach in order to obtain the a-priori thermodynamic characterization of the system.

Abstract: The informationization of tax management is the development trend of tax industry, with the development of GIS technology, that’s to say geographic information system, which is a new type of geographic data space management technology by using GIS we can achieve the good efficient management in tax economic management, but there are also many problems caused by using GIS, such as making it hard for the tax authorities to implement effective management on similar revenue, blurred tax source management object, problems on tax silver cooperation and so on. This paper analyzes the advantages and drawbacks in the application of GIS technology, and in order to solve these problems, designing a tax sources economy management information system which has functions of basic query analysis and auxiliary decision functions. Along with the development of computer technology and management system, the level of tax informationization will continuously improve.

Abstract: The particle concentration distribution in the foundry is very important not only for the occupational health of foundry workers but also for creating green foundry industry. In this study, the authors measured the particle concentration distribution in a foundry workshop, and analysis the characteristics of foundry dust pollution with the consideration of total dust control in the recent foundry industry. The results show that the concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5 are high in the central and low in the ends of the workshop. It is about 54% of all test sites with higher concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 than the limit values of national standards. However, the PM4 concentrations of about 31% test sites are higher than limit of national standards. It is obviously that sandfilling process, cavity repair and sweeping in mold making process can produce a lot of dust. This study may provide guidance for the foundry pollution control engineering and workshop operation management system.

Abstract: The division into two stages of the Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT) computing is proposed. This is expedient in circumstances when CWT is repeated many times, e.g., for online detection of nonstationary signal singularities. It is shown that the preprocessing of wavelet coefficients in the first stage can significantly reduce computing time required in the second stage. The comparative estimation of the runtime reduction in the second stage of CWT calculation is deduced.

Abstract: The paper introduces the application of prestressed anchors and soil nails support system in complex soil layer deep foundation pit engineering at Lanzhou region based on the deep foundation pit engineering in Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM as the background and discusses its key technology. The effect shows that scheme of the design of foundation pit support engineering is reasonable and effective.The engineering meets requirements of design and environment.The monitoring results show that prestressed anchors can control the horizontal displacement and the change rate of slope′s vertical settlement effectively. The experience of engineering is significance for similar engineerings at Lanzhou region.

Abstract: Because of the defects in energy utilization and environment protection of the traditional fuel vehicle, the electric cars have increasing market advantage. This paper analyzed the main structural characteristics of the electric cars by comparing the traditional fuel vehicles from the vehicle structure principle, main components and so on. We known the electric car is different from traditional fuel vehicle in energy consumption economy from energy consumption analysis of the two aspects of efficiency and fuel consumption per hundred kilometers. It is concluded that electric vehicles are significantly higher than the traditional fuel efficiency cars and fuel consumption per hundred kilometers is lower than the traditional fuel cars by comparative analysis. To study the ways to improve the efficiency of energy of electric vehicles, we analyzed the key problems to further improve the development space of energy efficiency, pointed out the key problems which should be researched in the future.

Abstract: There are numerous small-sized reservoirs in china and many of them have the problem of sedimentation .The decrease of the capacity directly affects the benefit effectiveness of the reservoir. The author researched a recent investigation of the present sedimentation situation of the small sized reservoir in Jiangxi and Guizhou provinces, analyzed the origin and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
