Abstract: Technological control over ultra-trace level contaminants is important for semiconductor development. Despite technological developments, defects remain in the single wafer wet cleaning process. In this paper, the source of the contamination is explained via trace analytical methods. Fluorine resin materials of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) are commonly used in semiconductor equipment. Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) oxidation reactions occur at high temperature below the boiling point due to impurities. IPA changed to different alcohol forms from gas chromatography (GCMS) analysis. The oxygen concentration in the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) results increased and formed new bonds in IPA with fluorine resin. These reactions confirmed that cations were a catalyst from the time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF-SIMS) results. Representative ions were Fe+, K+, and Na+ with different concentrations for each material.

Abstract: During the development of M gas reservoir which is a typical fracture-pore carbonate reservoir with bottom water, excessive water production is frequently encountered during the lifetime of gas-producing wells, which generally results in a rapid productivity decline and a remarkable increase in operating costs caused by the handing and treating of large amount of water. Nevertheless, there exists no comprehensive analysis method to accurately obtain it. In combination with previous studies about water inrush source in gas reservoirs and the static and dynamic developing data of M gas reservoir, there are four methods brought up firstly, which are means of water sample salinity analysis, water-gas ratio (WGR) analysis, comprehensive logging interpretation analysis and production performance analysis. Subsequently on the basis of formation parameters and fluid data of M gas reservoir, the mechanism model of fracture-pore reservoir with bottom water have been set up by utilizing the Eclipse software to research the water-invasion principles. According to the dynamic change characteristics of water invasion, the numerical simulation analysis method has been brought up. Finally the identification process is illustrated accurately by taking two representative wells in M gas reservoir for example. A timely and precise identification of water inrush source plays a significant role in understanding the principles of gas-water motion in the reservoir, making corresponding and reasonable development measures and improving the development efficiency.

Abstract: Based on bearing capacity and settlement control design methods for composite foundation improved by combined piles,as well as the system reliability analysis theory,the system of reliability analysis for composite foundation can be divided into three sub-systems;that are bearing capacity sub-system,settlement sub-system and differential settlement sub-system.The system probability of failure for composite foundation call be obtained by calculating that of three sub-systems respectively.It provides a method of system reliability analysis for composite foundations improved by combined piles.

Abstract: To solve the problem of massive PLM product data analysis, a PLM product data analysis system based on OpenStack cloud platform was proposed.It includes a data analysis method of structured products based on data warehouse and a data analysis method of non-structured products based on Hadoop. By means of the former method, firstly product data was filtered, tranformed and loaded into the warehouse, then the required data cube was extracted, lastly the structured product data was analyzed with the analysis tools of data warehouse. By means of the latter method, the product data firstly was loaded into the distributed file system,and the non-structured massive PLM product data was analyzed by the data mining algorithm,which was programmed by JAVA language based on MapReduce. By applying the methods mentioned above to massive PLM product data analysis, it shows that these methods hava a higher efficiency.

Abstract: The latest technical progress in pretreatment and analysis method of inorganic elements of electroplating sludge was briefly reviewed. Some pretreatment methods were summarized, including exposure system digestion, high-pressure tank digestion, microwave digestion and dry ash digestion as well as some analysis methods, such as spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Finally, the trend for future technical development in inorganic elements determination of electroplating sludge was prospected.

Abstract: At present, the methods of analysising the average particle size of silica sol are the intuitive analysis, such as analysising the size distribution and morphology of the particle by the laser particle size instrument and the transmission electron microscopy. But some of the small particles tend to be ignored. Using the classical chemical titration method and BET to auxiliary analysis can make the date more complete. Through the comprehensive analysis with the four methods, found that longer reaction time have the effect of purification of sol system.

Abstract: Low frequency oscillation caused by system interconnection has been the main factor to threat the secure operation of power grid. It’s significant to research on the problem of low frequency oscillation. This paper summarizes the generation mechanism and analysis methods of low frequency oscillation. Each analysis method has both advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract: Physical and mechanical properties of 40 kinds of typical wood species in Zhejiang province were studied in this experiment. Density, shrinkage rate, modulus of rupture,bending strength, compression strength, shear strength and hardness were measured and wood species were classified and evaluated by clustering analysis mehtod (CA) combined with membership function (MF) comprehensive evaluation according to these properties. The results showed that the two analysis methods achieved the similar results when screening first class wood which can be conclued that among the 40 kinds of species Quercus fabri, Dalbergia hupeana Cyclobalanopsis glauca, Lithocarpus harlandii and Lagerstroemia indica were the excellent quality. In the mean while the two analysis methods got the similar conclusion that wood properties of Pterocarya stenoptera were the worest as well. In addation, Camptotheca acuminata and Alniphyllum fortune according to CA and Ilex rotunda, and Cyclocarya paliurus according to MF were also the worest qulaity. The study provided powerful references for wood processing, application and directional cultivation of indigenous tree species in Zhejiang.

Abstract: The steady state parameters of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) has an important influence on the performance of the motor. Based on a linear permanent magnet horizontal motion synchronous motor, the paper adopts multi-layered model method to give the formulas of the air-gap flux density that the permanent magnet and armature winding act on alone, no-load back electromotive force, the thrust force in steady-state operation and vector control of thrust in the dq model equation, then compute the value of these parameters according to the formulas, and the finite element method (FEM) to each parameter is validated, the simulation curve is given, the experimental value is also done to prove the exactness of the two methods.

Abstract: Researches on structural isolation and mitigation under multi-dimensional earthquake excitations are overviewed in terms of the analysis methods, devices and developing trend. The analysis methods for dynamic responses of building structures, long-span reticulated structures and bridges under multi-dimensional earthquake excitations, are systemically introduced. Several types of multi-dimensional earthquake isolation and mitigation devices are presented, and experimental results of a new type of device are discussed, it shows that the new device has good ability of multi-dimensional earthquake isolation and mitigation. Finally, suggestions for further study in this area are presented.
