Abstract: Novel anionic fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion (FLHA) was synthesized and characterized using Infrared spectrum (IR). Then it was used as waterproofing agent to treat wet blue leather and the effects of various parameters, such as dose of fluorinated acrylate emulsion, processing time, temperature, etc., on hydrophobic property of the treated crust leather were also investigated using single factor experimental method. Results showed that water contact angle (WCA) on the grain and flesh layers of the resultant leather had similar rule controled by dose of the FLHA, processing time and temperature and increased with augment of those factors. The most preferable processing parameters of the above factors were 6% (based on the weight of the treated wet blue leather), 60 minutes and 30 °C, repectively. Thus, WCA on the grain and flesh layers of the resultant leather could attain 130° and 136°.

Abstract: Water-based anionic polycarbodiimide crosslinker which the storage stability is more than 6 months was synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), sodium hydroxyethyl sulfonate(SHES), 3-methyl-1-phenyl-2-phosopholene-1-oxide(MPPO). Polycarbodiimide crosslinker was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and was applied to aqueous polyurethane resin coating agents which containing carboxyl groups. The mechanical properties, the swelling ratio of the film in water, 0.05mol/L Sodium hydroxyl and butyl acetate and the dry and wet rub and abrasion resistance were tested. The infrared spectrogram shows the characteristic peak of -N=C=N- appeared at 2200~2100cm-1 and the characteristic peak of -SO3-appeared at 1105cm-1.The results of application indicated that: WAPC was applied to polyurethane resin, tensile strength of the film increased from 1.485MPa to 3.752 MPa. The swelling rate in water,0.05mol/L Sodium hydroxyl,butyl acetate decreased from 444.9% to 126.1%,181.9% to 92.5%,351.2% to 186.4% respectively; WPAC was added to top coating of coating agent, it was founded that the dry and wet rub resistance were both increased.

Abstract: Oily sludge is the solid being discarded or the oily sludge material. Oily sludge mainly comes from human activities in Petroleum Production and sales. In the development and utilization of oil and manufacture of petroleum products, would inevitably product oily waste. In order to achieve thermo chemistry to wash oily sludge and reclaim oil resources from oily sludge, analyzing component of landing oil sludge with Gravimetric Method, the result of analysis is necessary parameter that determine oily sludge cleaning process. The optimal mixing time, washing temperature, liquid/solid mass rate were determined based upon residual oil rate.
