Abstract: In order to make the design of modern complex software support the multi-disciplinary optimization,realize its solving function,and confirm its comprehensive optimum scheme,We put forward a modeling method,which is combining the Freeform with surface design. Considered the characteristics of modern software design,we analyzed the important role that modern software played in the modeling process,studied the application process of modeling that combining freeform with the surface design.,and did the application of virtual design,for example,combined the technology of virtual claywith force feedback into the virtual design. Put the above method into the product design,and we confirmed that this technology can add or reduce the soil in accordance with the different demands, and is an effective method to solve the complex problems in the modeling process.

Abstract: This paper is to demonstrate an improving PID control with changing integration rate approach, and it was validated and researched by applying to the 2- water tank system. Analyzed the control principle of variable speed integral PID in this research, and optimized the variable speed function of variable speed integral PID control to improve the design. Deduced the improved variable speed integral PID control algorithm, and it was applied to the 2- water tank system. And then made a simulation system to value it. The results show that the improved variable speed integral PID control enables the system to improve the rapidity and accuracy, also shows that the correctness and superiority of the control method. It really a useful method to provide a advanced way for the control system.

Abstract: With the decline in the amount of global energy and degradation of the environment, the development of environmentally friendly new energy is paid widely attention. New energy material plays a great guiding and supporting role. Battery material, mainly related to cathode, anode, electrolyte and diaphragm, is an important part of energy storage and power supply. Surfactants can change metal oxide crystal formation, inhibit liberation of hydrogen; grow and corrosion of fern-leaf crystal; delay passivation electrode. Therefore, latex made of surfactants can serve as a "micro-reaction tank" and prevent nano-particles agglomeration. This paper provides an overview of surfactant in preparation of battery materials and research progress of waste battery recycling.

Abstract: The technology of ground-source heat pump is a revolutionary new technology emerging in the field of central air conditioners for buildings in China. Its application in Hohhot grew continuously in recent years. Based on the demonstration project of general office building of the Development & Reform Commission, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, this paper studies the application of ground-source heat pump air conditioning system with supporting heat source in northern cold area, analyzing the energy consumption of system operation, presenting some problems in the operation and solutions thereof, and concluding that the ground-source heat pump air conditioning system is feasible in Hohhot.

Abstract: With the development of the PCR technology, especially the improvement of its reagent and a method of pebrine detection by PCR in infected Bombyx mori eggs was established.With the 16sRNA gene of Nosema bombycis as target sequence, the results of extraction of genomic DNA from purified microspores showed that 1.3×10-7µg DNA can be extracted from each spore. The sensitivity detection showed the detection limit of Nosema bombycis DNA was 3.25×10-2pg, i.e. 4 spores. (PCR system volume is 25µl). The method of total DNA extraction from pebrine infected silkworm eggs just before hatching was created. The result showed that extracting total DNA from silkworm eggs after the eggs had been treated with 30% KOH met the PCR detection requirements. The result of application study showed the spores in the pebrine infected egg just before hatching can sensitively be found with PCR. The result of a group of eggs just before hatching detection showed that the maximum PCR detection level was of a pebrine infected eggs just before hatching in 300 healthy eggs when the total DNA extraction had been purified with Agarose electrophoresis. The probability of identifying groups of one pebrine spore in infected eggs just before hatching mixed with 100 healthy ones was about 80%.
