Abstract: The oil extraction industry presents many hazard related issues and consequently the majority of equipment used in oil well rigs has to present an increased degree of reliability. Within many other pieces of equipment with concerns the most relevant it is the blowout preventer. Any fault of the blowout preventers could lead to major accidents, with serious consequences on oil well rig equipment integrity, personnel health and not the last environmental damages. Based on the pervious presented issues there it is obvious that assembling/disassembling and all the maintenance operations conducted on blowout preventers shall be thoroughly conducted, carefully monitored and well documented in order to avoid any further problem in service. In this article it is presented a new approach in monitoring assembling/disassembling and maintenance operations conducted on blowout preventers. This new approach is based on the facilities offered by Microsoft Project software package and uses the Gantt chart project template as a monitoring tool for different operations conducted on blowout preventers.

The system is issued on the internet for realizing remote teaching evaluation and sharing of resources.

Abstract: Take a 1000kV Cup-Type tubular steel test tower as research object, and it is the first one of this type used in heavy ice area. Research on the assembly load’s affect to tower structure was made. The process of assembling tower using suspend guyed pole was analyzed with Finite Element Method. Structures overhanging the tower body, such as cross arms and bracket of earth wire, could be assembled in different ways. The different affect to the built structure corresponding to different assembly method was researched. The objective is to make the deformation of the structure minimum. It was indicated that, reinforce the K-joint by cable and the deformation of structure reduced obviously. The reinforce method is simple and efficient, and ensure the cross arm assembling smoothly. It is avail to improve the assemble quality of the whole structure.

Abstract: Heat exchanger tube bundle drawing and assembling machine is special equipment for maintenance of heat exchanger of petroleum, chemical and other enterprises, specifically for removal and installation of the heat exchanger tube bundle. This paper introduces a self-developed heat exchanger tube bundle drawing and assembling machine’s overall structure, driving principle, hydraulic system and the design of hydraulic cylinder, which has ensured the safety and reliability of a Special machine for Heat exchanger tube bundle drawing and assembling.

Heat exchanger tube bundle drawing and assembling machine is a special equipment for maintenance of heat exchanger of petroleum, chemical and other enterprises,specifically for removal and installation of the heat exchanger tube bundle .This paper introduces a self-developed heat exchanger tube bundle drawing and assembling machine’s overall structure, driving principle, hydraulic system and electrical control system’s design. The bundle drawing and assembling machine has large force, drawing and assembling are stable, safe and high efficiency and low cost and so on advantages, it has been put into mass production and gets a good evaluation.

Abstract: In developing software, which are basic developing strategy to be used This is a worthy issue. After studying various software development methods, four basic developing strategies are found. The four basic developing strategies are linear developing strategy, iterative developing strategy, developing strategy of decomposition, developing strategy of assembling. For any a software development method, it may use a type basic developing strategy, it may use also two types or more than two types of basic developing strategies. The content of the basic developing strategies is discussed. People can use the basic developing strategies to build new software development methods, and to build development program of definite issues.

Abstract: Ag/TiO2/Eu-MCM composite was prepared by a nanofilm of silver coating on a nanofilm of anatase TiOassembled onto the internal and external pore surface of a hierarchical micro/meso/macroporous molecular sieve Eu-MCM. The composites Ag/TiO2/Eu-MCM exhibited significant photocatalytic characteristics with more than four times higher UV-Vis-induced catalytic degradation for phenol than that of pure TiO2. The result is attributed to the composites possess vast specific surface areas, big pore width in favor of mass transfer, strong absorbance of nanofilm silver to UV-Vis light, rapid photoelectron transfer from excited nanofilm of TiO2 to silver nanofilm, and reduction of the recombination probability of hole and photoelectron. There exists an excellent linear correlation with a correlation coefficient 0.979 between photocatalysis and fluorescence of the composite. A photocatalytic intermediate benzoquinone was measured using HPLC techniques during the process of photocatalytic degradation phenol under a weak UV-Vis radiation condition that indicated organic phenol was first oxidized into benzoquinone and finally degraded into inorganic species of carbon dioxide and water.

Abstract: The research of the optimal conditions of achievement of robotic assembling requires the determination of the restrictions imposed by the characteristics of the desired assembling. To analyze the requirements imposed to the assembling robot in the elaborated paper there have been considered Petri Graphs with dynamic markings. These schemes permit a synthetic representation of the assembling process and they praise clearly the active phases of the robot.
