Abstract: Guangxi Nandan county is a typical karst geological area, groundwater is rich, rich Tibetan non-ferrous metals. In order to study the risk of groundwater pollution on human health in mining area of Nandan County, base on the investigation and monitoring, The results of groundwater environment risk assessment of mine area of Nandan County show that water environmental health risk of No.5 belong to the minimum level, No.1, No. 2, No.3 and No.7 of four monitoring points is low risk,No.4 and No.6 for medium risk, No.8 as high risk. The health risk average value caused by toxic substances to individual person per year is 4.76×10-5a-1, which is less than the maximum acceptable level5×10-5a-1recommended by ICRP. The groundwater environmental health risks, mainly comes from chemical carcinogens arsenic (As), accounted for the average health risk (Rt) 99.998%,non carcinogenic health risk accounted for only 0.002%, almost negligible, therefore, stricter governing of chemical carcinogens is an effective way to reduce the health risk of groundwater pollution in mining area of Nandan County.

Abstract: Colleges and universities as the important structure of social organization, as well as the large energy structure consumption, it is necessary to analyze the energy consumption characteristics and factors, evaluate the energy-saving potential of college, realize the situation of the energy management system, and then, the energy used in college and economic burden can be reduced based on theory of improving energy management by strengthening energy control management. In this paper, the electrical energy potential saving of consumption in college has been analyzed and evaluated based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) model method. The LonWorks in fieldbus is used in technology field. Finally, the management measures and energy saving methods are proposed.

Abstract: With the economic development, the transport capacity of the existing transmission lines can not satisfy the demand for electricity. When the line needs expansion we propose to replace the new optional wire to reach the goal line expansion without changing the existing transmission line structures premise of the original line. We should consider energy conservation, temperature, security when running on N-1 and sag expansion to the main line. To satisfy these requirements, we set up the principle of development for the proper ties of the conductors to be developed and made assessment on the newly –developed conductors in China and foreign countries in recent years.

Abstract: The paper presents a conceptual framework for measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of an industrial company and supply chain Green Transport level. The framework contains five main phases – preliminary analysis, transport system analysis, selection of assessing parameters, taxonomy development, and evaluation. For each phase are defined fundamental principles and recommended tools. The verification of the designed conceptual framework was performed on a real supply chain of the European automotive industry.

Abstract: Soil samples from 6 sampling sites along 5 depths (0, 10, 20, 30, 40cm) were collected from an rural dumpsite in Hebei Province. The heavy metal (As, Cr, Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn) concentration were measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic absorption spectrometry (ICP/AES) in order to study the spatial distribution and assess their risk by the geoaccumulation index and potential ecological risk index. It was found that the mean concentrations of Cd, Pb, Cu were higher than the elemental background values in Hebei Province. The spatial distribution show that the longer stacking area had heavier heavy metal pollution in deeper soil due to long-term penetration of leachate and new stacking area had heavier pollution in surface soil. However, the geoaccumulation index and potential ecological risk index values show that most sites of the studied soils is in uncontaminated or low contaminated level. The potential ecological risk index values in the dumpsite were, in descending order, Cd > Cu > Pb > As > Cr > Zn, respectively, implying that Cd, Cu, Pb posed a higher hazard to human and ecosystem health. It was recommended that some measures were required to reduce heavy metal contents in soils caused by garbage dump.

Abstract: The city trunk roads are the main landscape lines in cities. The main features of the line are horizontal landscape factor features, vertical landscape factor features and road furniture factor features. Under the condition of analyzing the major dependent landscape factors by the landscape index analysis, this treatise takes an the city trunk toads in Hong’ an, Hubei as an example to obtain quantitative sensory results.and specific landscape indexes conclusions by expert scoring and fuzzy analyzing, and to instruct the city landmark linear landscape specifically.

Abstract: The case ‘Using in situ cold recycling for carriageways in an urban environment within the North of Essex’ was chosen as a sustainability assessment example in this paper. The purpose of this paper is to assess the sustainability of the case above, to specific its impacts on environmental, economic and social aspects, and obtain a result of the assessment. Firstly the background of the case will be introduced, and the impacts and assessment will then be discussed. The result of the assessment will also be presented in the final part.

Abstract: Ergonomic assessment systems were created for possibility of prediction and risk detection at workplace. Ergonomic assessment system EAWS (European Assembly Work-Sheet) includes assessment of body postures, action forces, weight of carrying loads and frequently recurring upper limb loads assessment. Assessment of action forces (forces generated by upper limb defined by EAWS) is problematic and there is a lack of means for effective assessment. This paper deals with design of electronic device for assessment of action forces generated by upper limb defined by EAWS with using of thin film FSR (force sensing resistor). The paper deals with identification of upper limb areas, where the generated forces are important for assessment by EAWS, deployment of sensors in identified areas, calibration of FSR sensor with regard to simply program implementation in microcontroller, determination of action forces in every by EAWS defined action force application and construction of sensing and evaluating part of electronic device.

Abstract: As heating transportation technology is widely used in waxy crude pipelines, elements that affect flow safety in pipeline transportation are uncertain and have wave property, thus impacting safety margin variation of the heater. This text proposes an assessment method for direct-heater performance of waxy crude pipeline station and establishes the risk assessment model for heater techniques based on waxy crude flow safety, to technically support safe and efficient waxy crude transportation.

Abstract: For awareness of the network situation, this paper proposes a set of indicators that can assess the importance of nodes and links combining with network topology and traffic information, their generating algorithm is given at the same time. Under the premise of determined network routing protocols, this algorithm is capable of assessing the importance of nodes and links based on the structure and operation state of network. In this way, it can show the special property of the unit position in the network, and can reflect the impact to each part due to the network state change so that network administrators can manage network reasonably.
