Abstract: A new method to obtain connected component in binary images is presented. The method uses DFA automaton to obtain chain code and label the component boundary It is theoretically proved that the algorithm improves the image encoding efficiency closer to the lowest time consumption.

Abstract: The work of the automaton fault diagnosis based on experimental measurement has not been researched except the fund project which this paper was come from. First, study the structure characteristics, movement process and several common failure modes of the automaton. Then we combined the automaton movement process analysis and the nonlinear, short-term impact characteristics of the vibration signal, proposed for the first time with a powerful tool for nonlinear problem researchthe chaos theory, to research the fault diagnosis of automaton, and finally realized it. It provided a new way for the fault diagnosis of automatic weapons. That has important theoretical and practical significance for high speed automatic fault diagnosis.

Abstract: This paper presents a method of production and properties of ethyl esters as well as the differences between them and methyl esters. It discusses the technology of esterification and the benefits brought by the use of rapeseed ethyl esters as renewable fuel. It also presents elements of structure, actuators and control mechanisms of a mobile biodiesel production plant, owned by the Department of Mechatronics, University of Warmia and Mazury. An algorithm of a transesterification process is presented along with algorithms of a flow-through process control and the possibilities of their automation. The benefits of applying such a solution are also discussed.

Abstract: Online monitoring and fault diagnosis is an important link of guaranteeing the equipment smooth operation and reliable working, which receives general concern. This subject uses the strategy of combining theoretical research and experimental research, and establishes a set of automaton fault diagnosis theory and method based on motion morphology and information entropy. It solves the following problems, the weak fault signals in the short-time and transient vibration response signals are easy to be drowned in practical application, effective and sensitive characteristic parameters are difficult to be extracted, accurate positioning of fault and real-time diagnosis are difficult to be realized. Use the motion morphology and information entropy to put forward new ideas and methods for the short-time and transient vibration signals analysis processing and feature extraction, and is applied in artillery automaton field, which expands the research scope of mechanical fault diagnosis subject.
