Abstract: Since the 1990s, with the defense, deterrence, alarm in one of the electronic fence system is gradually being widely developed in the field of public safety. The composition and control system design of a balanced tension electronic fence alarm system is described in this paper. This system has a balanced without fatigue characteristics, adapting to a variety of complex terrain environment and leaving no guard dead. It can be widely applicable to all establishments that have the perimeter guard need.

Abstract: This article tries to analysis water balance and solve the current problem In yulin city as an exampleunder the background of urbanization. Firstly, urbanization is a complex dynamic process, which contains many factors. Analysis the development process and its development and utilization of water resources conditions. Secondly, based on the basic characteristics of water resources of the city under the background of urbanization, further explores the causes for the effective use of water resources situation is not optimistic and analysis of supply and demand balance of water resources. Finally, finds the reason of yulin city belongs to the shortage of water resources, and limited carrying capacity. And puts forward practical measures to ease the urbanization that brings the contradiction of water resources supply and demand. Abstract: In this paper, the technology based on site investigation adequately, through reading, analysis and comprehensive vast literature of shield lining segments, installed spelling were analyzed, and the conclusion that some valuable conclusions. Summarizes the construction process of shield technology, and introduces the earth pressure balance type shield construction machine structure and working principle. Shield technology is with modern transportation, underground engineering, mining, water conservancy projects and municipal construction needs and developed advanced tunnel construction technology. With China's urban underground transportation facilities, the quickening of the process of shield technology has become the hotspot of domestic engineering.

Abstract: In order to address some deployment problems of IP multicast, the notion of Multicast Service Overlay Network (MSON) is proposed. How to construct MSON satisfying user’s demand efficiently under the situation of limited resources is a hot issue. In this paper we analyze a mathematics model of MSON construction. Under the objective of finding a virtual topology on top of physical network fulfilling all restrictions, and minimizing the cost of construction while keeping residual physical network the most balanced, an Integer Linear Programming model of the construction problem is depicted. In order to solve the problem efficiently, we propose a heuristics algorithm named BLMH. The efficiency of BLMH is evaluated by emulation experiment according to congestion link number under several scenarios.

Abstract: The performance of power lithium batteries directly affects the performance of electric vehicles. To ensure the safety of power lithium batteries and improve battery life, this paper uses Ricoh R5408 Series Li-ion battery protection IC to design the high-current protection board for electric vehicle, to achieve the power lithium battery group overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, over current, short circuit protection, temperature protection and charge balance protection, and has run on the pure electric vehicles with good test results.

Abstract: The flexural/twist anisotropy, present in most balanced, symmetric laminates with angle
play layers, have an important influence on elastic instability of plate composite. The maximal
compression load can be reduced up to 13% in comparison with the orthotropic plate. The
anisotropy changes also the deformation mode form.
Based on the finite element studies, we developed an empirical law – the relation between the
knockdown factor, the anisotropy factor and the plate geometry. The knockdown factor is defined as
the ratio between the maximum loads of the anisotropic plate and of the orthotropic one. In this
way, the semi-analytic instability calculation approach is based on analytical linear bifurcation
theory with orthotropic properties and on empirical consideration of the flexural/twist anisotropy
effect by the knockdown factor.
