Abstract: The article is devoted to some aspects of laser marking technology for machine parts. We consider the local impact zone effect of the pulse laser beam on the surface of metal materials. The results describing the influence of process parameters on the quality of the being marked images by pulsed laser are submitted. The examples of using barcode marking on several materials for machine parts in selected technological modes of installation are given.

Abstract: In recent years, with the improvement of the watt-hour meters calibration work and the demand of modern management, mechanical seal labels have many problems exposed in the process of use. Through the actual work summary of experience for many years, it is concluded that there must be a new type of seal to replace the original one, which is using the advanced computer management method to manage seal. This article in detail introduces the structure, characteristics and application of the electric energy metering seal and its development prospect. The paper expounds the bar code application technology in the role of watt-hour meter calibration work and points out the necessity to adopt modern management on seal work by using computer management

Abstract: Workshop information collection is the indispensable link in enterprise production. In view of the low efficiency, high error rate characteristics existed in traditional workshop information collection. This paper puts forward the idea of applying barcode to the production management, including products, materials, personnel and equipment. This method can realize the whole management of workshop condition, reduce the cost of enterprise production and enhance the competitiveness of enterprise. The above research has been applied in the machining process, which proves that to use barcode in the workshop management is feasible. The real underlying data is provided as reliable data support to make the workshop production platform.

Abstract: There are many Problems which Affect the Enterprise’s Operation Efficiency Seriously and Result in Material Purchase Backlog, such as the Building Materials of Data Statistics are Not Accurate, which can Not Reflect the Company's Material Inventory; Inventory Check is Time-Consuming and Tedious; Lack of Timely Feedback of Information and so on. Based on the above Reasons we Put Forward to Manage the Building Materials by Barcode Technology. this Method can Effectively Improve the Working Efficiency and make the Statistical Data Accurate, Speed up the Capital Turnover and Improve the Economic Benefit.

Abstract: Many applications have provided functions of automatic searching and reading barcodes in complex scenes with a camera. However state of the art barcode detection systems are limited to their serious requirement, such as shooting angle, light intensity and revolution. This paper proposes an effective solution for automatic barcode localization by exploiting ELM (extreme learning machine) and multichannel Gabor filtering techniques. We first employ Gabor filter to extract texture feature of the barcode, and then the barcode regions and the background region in texture image are use to train the ELM classifier. Finally, we apply our method to the barcode image database, which consists of several different barcode symbologies. Experiment shows our method is superior to the General morphology method and has desirable properties in accuracy, rotation invariance and robustness to noise.

Abstract: The paper proposes a variant of barcode facility using in tools management process in small enterprises. This is justified because existing software are expensive or the module must be modify according with the enterprises profile. By using MS Office – Excel with Visual Basic for Application, it was create a flexible application.

Abstract: The management of medical equipment supply chain is the important part of process management of the diagnosis in hospital. At present, our enterprise supply chain management of medical equipment is still in its infancy with poor operational efficiency, backward information system and low-level management. The technology of the Internet of Things based bar code technology and mobile terminal technology is the feasible and economical solution on hospital supply chain management. In this paper, it discusses problems of the medical equipment supply chain management and analyzes the possibility of medical equipment supply chain management by the Internet of Things, it constructs the model of supply chain management system based on Internet of things and introduces its application process and implementation.

Abstract: The study focuses on the information acquisition in assembly line with radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. After analyzing the situation of information acquisition in assembly line, an identification information acquisition frame based on integration of RFID and barcode is proposed. For the different requirement of identification granularity and manufacturing process information the parts are divided into three classes and identified with corresponding technology. The application result shows the production efficiency and quality is improved; the synchronization of logistics and information flow in manufacture is enhanced.
