Transnational project bidding quotation hasexpanded the unit price, opens the mouth to upgrade offer, more quotation, noprofit, joint offer insurance mark, and other skills. Through these analyses,put forward reasonable suggestions to our country in the international projectbidding work.

Abstract: At present, take a taxi difficult has drawn people’s attention and become the problems to be solved in china. In this paper, a new solution of taxi calling is proposed, after the detailed analysis to the advantages and disadvantages of various calling modes. This solution can change the traditional mode of “taxi looking for people” and “people looking for taxi” to “taxi waiting for people” and “people waiting for taxi”, and sequentially improve the actual load rate of taxi and the satisfaction of passenger.

Abstract: This work aims to improve the information flow diagram of the bidding process of a work in progress of an University Federal (UF) from Brazil aimed at obtaining environmental LEED certification. The research was divided into two parts, the first a review of literature regarding the LEED certification was made​​ and in the second part of field research was conducted in the site of UF. The conclusion of study indicates that the government is able to make buildings with more sustainable criteria, even the systems of environmental certification. However, the main intervention must come from changing interest by managers of UF and especially their awareness regarding the importance of the subject.

Abstract: As a main way of electric power equipment procurement, scientific and operational comprehensive assessing index system are essential for successful tendering and bidding. The background and significance of tendering procurement for electric power equipment are introduced in this paper. Aiming at the practice of tendering and bidding procurement, the model of selection of bidding scheme is set up based on value engineering. Empirical analysis of tendering procurement for coal mining machine and atomizing pump proved the feasibility of value engineering analysis in tendering and bidding.

Abstract: Owing to the fact that the power can not be stored directly and the supply must meet the demand in real time, the price of electricity is more volatile than other commodities. In order to hedge the risk, the power plant can sign the power sale contracts with big customers by the promissory price. Using the Bayesian equilibrium theory, this paper establishes the bidding models on two power plants competing for selling the electricity to the big customer. The computing result shows that the power plant’s optimal bidding strategy equals to the mean of the competitor’s ceiling bidding price and its own marginal cost.

Abstract: There is a tendency that arbitrary and tendentiousness are brought by experts’ subjectivity during the bidding evaluation. A method for construction project bidding based on the BP neural network improved by LM is proposed. To overcome the disadvantage of slow convergence and being prone to converge to minimum, LM was used to be combined with the BP neural networks. It has been proved by an application an effective complement for the deficiency of BP neural network on the bidding decision of construction project. Through the application in reality, we found that the LM-BP neural network in resolving the problems during the bidding process is meaningful.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the BOQ bidding model problems exist in China's construction market and their reasons through the investigation of bidding in current domestic construction market, and proposes some solutions.

Abstract: Because the corruption occurs sometimes in Government construction projects of China, the paper develops the game model of Bidders and Owners. Then, by analyzing the model, we find that if increased the probability of conspiracy supervised (discovery possibilities) and increased the intensity of punishment, it will reduce the probability of Bidder Conspiracy Risk (CR). The findings are helpful for the China Government to regulate the bidding policies to prevent the corruption risk.

Abstract: A competitive bidding price depends on a number of bidders who enter the auction. It increases the intensity of competition and it reduces the purchasing cost. The number of bidders is important because the cost of bidding may become a sunk cost. The probability to win an auction depends on the expected number of bidders. This affects bidders' decisions on whether to bid or not to bid. The research uses several statistical analyses to examine the 195 bidding data collected from Public Works Department of Malaysia. It finds that the project value, the distance from the project site to supply source and state region affect the number of bidders.

Abstract: In this paper we introduced AHP method in bidding management of construction engineering, and use the MATLAB software to establish the bidding computer analysis system. This paper expounds AHP of the construction bidding process, and design AHP of computer bidding management system according to it. In order to verify the applicability of the model in bidding management system, we use MATLAB software to design bidding data analysis and simulation experiment of the construction. Through the calculation we obtain MATLAB visual display window of bid data analysis. At 50 steps, the convergence residual is, which meets the design requirement of accuracy. It provides a theoretical reference for the bidding management of construction process.
