Abstract: It brings the pain to the patients whether in spirit or on physiology when laryngeal cartilage is injured. The paper reviewed the previous methods of improving the pronunciation for laryngeal cartilage injury and patients whose larynxes have been cut off, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of various methods. On the basis of the studies on the artificial auricle scaffold, artificial spinal cord scaffold in our center, this paper puts forward a larynx injury repair methods with a personalized tissue engineering artificial larynx, namely taking the advantages of biological manufacturing and tissue engineering related technology to prepare laryngeal cartilage scaffolds, and then the stem cells could be cultured into the scaffold in vitro. After more study and test, this bio-manufactured larynx scaffold could be expected as one of the ideal repair methods for the larynx injury.

Abstract: Ternstroemia gymnnanthera is an important plant for industrial raw material of tanning. The systematic artificial breeding techniques are studied. The seeds and the cutting propagation had been carried out in our lab for two years,There is dormancy period of 3 to 4 months for the mature seeds.we found the dormancy is related to its seed coat and red aril. The seed’s nutrients are stored in the cotyledons. The seed coat artificially broken and GA3 (700mg/L) or NAA (100mg/L) treatment can promote seed germination rate. The seed germination is a good way for seedling nursery. The different treatments had done for cuttings to make the seedling nursery and the treatment with NAA (100mg/L) and ABT can significantly improve the cuttings survival rate of two years.Three wild populations of this species were studied in field. We found it adapted to sun environment better than the half shade or shade environment, as in the shade environment, it can not be normally flowering and bearing fruit.

Abstract: Bio-manufacture is an interdisciplinary research area, which is based on the development of rapid prototyping technology, biomaterial and biomedicine technologies. It brings a new revolution in manufacturing science. Producing scaffolds of high performance is the purpose of bio-manufacture. For many rapid prototyping, which is suitable for bio-manufacture, the core difference lies in their enable technology. Extrusion-based rapid prototyping technology is an important branch of rapid prototyping, and each system has different nozzle device. In this paper, through in-depth research and analysis of structure, performance and materials used of spray head in the market for bio-manufacture, it can provide scientific basis for selecting more suitable spray head of rapid prototyping for bio-manufacture.
