Abstract: This paper applies the method of numerical simulation and field detection, and studied energy-saving insulation characteristics on the external walls of high-rise buildings in cold area, analyze and recommend the best arrangement of building and the most generous exterior wall insulation system suitable for cold area, and the degree of insulation materials were studied. The results show that: the mode preferred cold area is exterior insulation, insulation material made of extruded polystyrene board, frame structure filling wall preferred ceramsite hollow block.

Abstract: This paper conducts a simulation study on the natural convection heat transfer process in square air-interlayer. According to the meteorological parameters in regions of hot summer and cold winter, two typical boundary temperature contrast is selected 6.5 and15 °C, using Fluent software to simulate condition of air-interlayer in 10 groups of material with thickness from 6 to 60 mm respectively to draw conclusion on how heat transfer quantity, thermal resistance and heat transfer coefficient change with different thickness of the air-interlayer. The result of simulation shows that when the square air-interlayer thickness was about 20mm, the variation rate of the total heat flux and heat transfer coefficient reach a turning point. Thermal resistance will change slowly with a small numerical value after this point. Therefore, the optimum square air-interlayer thickness is 20mm. Combined with practical engineering application, it provides better technical support for research and development of energy-saving building materials.

Abstract: Energy-saving hierarchical design model is established for differentiate architecture. From current status of China's construction, exploration research is established on energy-saving hierarchical design model of differentiate architecture to evaluate indicator system of energy-saving building. Availability of evaluation information in index system is low, so it is difficult to play the role of evaluation of building energy-efficiency. EHTV difference method is used to calculate and evaluate energy-saving design of hierarchical building, including: heat transfer indicator of building envelope targets, air conditioning and heating consumption, basis of EHTV indicators.

Abstract: Energy-saving work has made great achievements in our country, the index of heat loss of building of per building area in new residential buildings fell sharply, but total energy consumption and the proportion of it in social total energy consumption is rising. A large number of coal, oil, gas and other fossil energy use, caused the climate warming and so on the adverse effects on the human survival environment, these phenomena, warns us to further strengthen the importance of building energy-saving work.

Abstract: External wall has great impact on building energy conservation. Developing composite wall is direct way to improve the situation of building consumption. In this study, the importance of building energy conservation was analyzed. Several types of composite thermal insulation wall were listed and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed. Self-insulation composite wall has unique superiority, especially in hot summer and cold winter zone. Meanwhile, the application prospect of composite wall with combinations of insulation coating of high reflectivity and silt sintered porous brick was introduced. Finally, combining regional character, some suggestions were proposed on the further development of China’s composite wall in hot summer and cold winter zone.

Abstract: As an important component of the construction of a new socialist countryside, the rural school building is the important infrastructure of new rural cultural construction. This paper takes rural schools of Guanzhong area as research object, combining the geographical environment characteristics with social development conditions to field investigate, and analyzes rural school construction and its status in Guanzhong area. On the basis of the investigation and analysis, this paper points out the advantages and disadvantages of design and usage of the existing rural school buildings, and proposes energy-saving strategy which is suitable for rural school building.

Abstract: After researching the present situation of wall energy-saving market in Chongqing, the weakest link among the work of energy efficiency in the zone were found. It indicated that the stagnation building energy efficiency work was due to imperfect market mechanism in building energy efficiency field. Some policy suggestions for improvement were put forwards.

Abstract: According to the status of the energy consumption of central heating in north China, The energy consumption survey selected 20 heating stations in the north of China. The survey included heating area, fuel usage, heating type, energy consumption, and etc. The analysis of the survey result shows that the central heating has many problems, building energy consumption is larger, and there is a large potential for emission reduction in the north of China.

Abstract: With advances in technology and development, it has become very important to raise the citys land resource utilization. Super high-rise building is not only save the land, but also destruct the living environment. According to the climatic characteristics and geographical position of Hot Summer and Cold Winter, present situation of energy-saving in super high-rise buildings, this paper analyses energy-efficient design strategy of super high-rise building from natural ventilation, and energy efficiency of building envelope and renewable green space.

Abstract: The author studies the factors on influencing energy consumption of three kinds of common forms of external window of the winter heating and summer cooling, according to the characteristics and influencing factors of living building external window of colding and heat load in severe cold areas, using the simulation software DeST-h to a certain residential building in Changchun City as an example. It analyses the effect of energy saving characteristics of different forms of windows and the influence on building energy consumption. It provides technical reference on rational design of the external window.
