Abstract: Thermosets have played crucial roles in different industries, demonstrating versatility in packaging, furniture, electronics, and construction. Nevertheless, due to their permanent chemical bonds, these materials cannot be thermally processed after their shape has been formed. This results in notable environmental consequences as they accumulate in landfills during the product’s end-of-life cycle. Since the introduction of vitrimer, it has become a promising alternative that combines the mechanical strength of thermosets with distinctive characteristics including reprocessability, shape memory, recyclability, and self-healing ability. This review provides a thorough overview of the most recent developments in the vitrimer field, with a particular focus on advancements in self-healing properties and the corresponding techniques. Furthermore, it identifies the potential applications of vitrimer in different industries.

Abstract: As an important application area of field-bus system, UPS require high reliability and real-time property. Standard CAN protocol in application layer have not been proposed in home and abroad. Based on CAN-bus 2.0 A/B, this paper designed UPS-CAN protocol which conform to general UPS parallel system and proposed a novel network management system (MSN) during development of module UPS parallel system. Experimental results proved the reliability and real-time property of UPS-CAN which meets the requirement of UPS parallel communication system.

Abstract: A distributed cross-direction control system based on CAN-bus was designed to solve the large-scale cross-direction control problem for paper machine. Multiple Master-Slave CAN networks were constructed in parallel to coordinate and control multiple array actuators, and the Ethernet/CAN converter was used to connect the monitoring station with the field intelligent actuators. The monitoring station accesses measured data and field data via OPC technology. A CAN application layer protocol and corresponding underlying communication software were designed according to the characteristics of the cross-direction control processes. Finally, the feasibility and reliability of the system were verified with practical applications.

Abstract: This paper presents about the implementation of monitoring program on PC and Android devices for the hybrid system conjugated with solar cell and fuel cell of 9kW class. In this paper, we show the information how to develop the system and monitoring program. The state of charge and information of cells must be monitored. For getting the result, the information of cells is simulated by LM3S9D96 and for the data is transmitted by using CAN communication. After that, the transmitted data is monitored by the programs of PC and Android.

Abstract: As the purpose of environmental protection, NOx sensor is driven to develop. It is built to detect the concentration of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust emissions of motor vehicles. During the development of sensor, the automatic test for the sensor ́s output message is a significant procedure. This article is aimed to design a user friendly test tool based on LabVIEW for real time testing, evaluating and error detecting of sensor data transmitted via CAN bus. Controller area network (CAN) is one of the most widely and frequently used communication protocols in automotive applications. LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) is a system-design platform and development environment for a visual programming language from National Instruments. NI Company provides flexible and diverse CAN bus interface hardware and software drivers which is useful and necessary for building an automatic test system. It contains the features of configuration, displaying and decoding CAN data frames, checking CAN bus errors, testing and evaluating decoded messages, report generation, signal setting and validation.

Abstract: Based on an underwater robot with three degrees of freedom (DOF), a control system with autonomous motion and monitoring function is designed to detect the security of underwater structures. With LabVIEW as the PC software and ARM as the main controller of the lower computer, communicating through the CAN bus, this robot system has the ability of walking freely on the dam surface according to the joystick’s signal , and acquiring the robot’s position and posture as well. In addition, a two-way video multiplexer is used to transfer two video signals, which are used for navigation and observation respectively. Finally, the experiment indicated the system could realize the desired goals .

Abstract: The remote monitoring system is widely applied. The pollutant stationary source is distributed widely, so the pollutant emission status of the stationary source is difficult to on-time monitoring by EPA. The pollutant emission status remote monitoring system based on WEB and CAN bus is brought out in the paper. The remote monitoring system includes pollutant emission data collection unit, data transmission unit and EPA management unit. Soot emission concentration measurement method of the remote monitoring system adopts the Transmission-Scattering method and gaseous pollutant emission concentration measurement method adopts NDIR. The pollutant emission concentration data is collected by data collection unit and sent to data transmission unit through CAN bus. The pollutant emission data is sent to EPA management unit through WEB. The experiment result indicates that the remote monitoring system can on-line monitoring the pollutant emission status of the stationary source and improves the communication efficiency and accuracy.
