Abstract: The authors propose a solution to the problem of increasing dimensional accuracy in turning on CNC equipment by replacing the original geometric model of the workpiece in the model taking into account elastic deformation force occurring in the technological system under the action of cutting forces.

Abstract: In the engine cylinder head,the cooling water holes around the combustion chamber are tiny and deep,so it is necessary to clean them at fixed point.The paper designs a new type of CNC tool nozzle structure that mainly include the tool holder and nozzle body,on the primary side of the nozzle,there are six blowholes which distribute with a certain angle,and they can clean the cooling water holes at fixed point.The new type of tools nozzle can enhance the cleaning effect,improve the optimal moving path,accelerate the production tempo and save the energy consumption.

Abstract: The requirements of CNC machine tools for the feed servo system could generally be summarized as high precision, well stability, fast response, wide range of speed regulation, high torque at low speed and so on. The PID controller of feed servo-system based on intelligent fuzzy control was presented based on traditional PID controller. The main feature of this arithmetic was to change parameters in different degrees according to time-varying working conditions, specially this arithmetic could change its domain intelligently according to different conditions and cooperated with a stable controller in case of system crash so that adaptivity and reliability of the feed servo-system were improved, also this feature made application field of the feed servo-system wider.

Abstract: Aiming at the corner connection speed of continuous small blocks caused by their angle influences, the speed of transition is low and easy to cause vibration of machine tool. Research on the mathematical model of constant-speed linking of multiple periods is established by using the arc to smooth continuous small blocks, combined with the transition’s geometrical constraint, motion constraint, parameter calculation, the theory is to realize the method of high-speed interpolation of constant-speed linking of multiple periods. The result reveals that the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.

Abstract: The compressor blade is the key components of the aero-engine to seriously impact the air dynamic performance. However, components with complex designs specifications might pose manufacturing challenges especially when finishing processes are needed to enable their compliance with tight industrial standards for workpiece surface integrity. Information on polishing processes for such sensitive industrial applications is scarce. The paper reports on the influence of polishing methods on the surface integrity of compressor blade obtained after different polishing methods. The research focuses on identifying an “optimised” polishing method for different area that will enable finishing the compressor blade. Two (belt; bob) polishing methods have been tested to address the overall finishing of compressor blade. Although significant differences in tool life performance exist between belt and bob polishing methods, both are capable to meet the requirements of minimum workpiece surface coverage if “optimised” operating parameters are employed. This is proved that belt and bob polishing methods can be employed to enable automated overall finishing of compressor blade.

Abstract: The experimental researches presented in this paper are aimed to improve the manufacturing accuracy of a contouring machine together with an approach to eliminate the errors which lead to a less precise part after machining.In order to eliminate the errors, the machine's feed drives were tuned leading to a more precise part. In order to validate the proposed approach, the accuracy of the machine was tested before and after the tuning process.

Abstract: With the increase of welding thickness, Friction stir welding equipment (FSW) with traditional milling machine structure could not meet the requirements of stiffness which to support the huge axis load. Therefore, a FSW with serial-parallel mechanism based on 3-PRS platform was proposed. In order to complete real-time control and the actual and virtual axis control of the equipment, the positive solution and inverse solution (based on Newton-Euler method) of the FSW are analyzed. Then, based on the PA system, the open CNC of the equipment is designed, and the inverse kinematics and the numerical positive kinematics based on Newton-Euler method are embedded into the interpolation of NC system. According to the demand of the equipment, human-machiner interface (HMI) is developed to display the positions of actual and virtual axis for the equipment, and compiler and interpolation are designed. At the same time, online real-time 3D motion simulation is designed, space pose of spindle and whole for the equipment are deduced. In the paper, design method of CNC based on the serial-parallel mechanism is provided.

Abstract: The precision of cutter grinding decides the level of cutting machining technology, and the precision of cutter is effectively improved through grinding by CNC technology. This paper first analyzed the key parameters of cutter grinding, and realized the functions of CNC five-axis grinding turning tool through design of the structure of CNC five-axis machine tool and building of the control system, to simplify the structure of machine tool, use open CNC control system, and reduce the cost of whole machine, convenient for promotion and use.

Abstract: This paper presents some simulation based upon a dynamic model of a feed-drive within the structure of a CNC machine tool. A DC servomotor was considered as actuation device for the feed drive. For a given set of parameters for the position controller, two fuzzy types of fuzzy controllers were tested by means of simulation. The first fuzzy controller was a proportional one, with one input and one output, while the second one was a two variables one, with two inputs and one outputp.

Abstract: The article deals with the problem of increasing the precision of products engineering on CNC machines. The authors proposed a solution to this problem by providing input operational adjustments to control the trajectory of the Executive bodies of the machine. The necessity of the creation of mathematical models of technological processes of diagnostics system "machine-fixture-tool-workpiece" was justified. Based on the study, the authors proposed a general scheme of diagnostics and surgical input, corrections and approximate mathematical models of individual processes of diagnostics.
