Abstract: NC machine crawling often happens in the mechanical part and feed servo system, because crawling phenomenon often depends on the characteristics of mechanical transmission parts when NC machine is in a low speed. Because of the insufficient transmission stiffness of machine tool, crawling appears when the difference of static and dynamic friction coefficient is huge and damped oscillations of friction pairs are small. This paper establishes the models of physics and mathematics. It can conclude the main reasons for crawling through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of machine movement components, and put forward measures to avoid crawling.

Abstract: In order to study the greenness of CNC machine tool, the influence greenness on fault information of CNC machine tools main shaft system was analyzed. According to the fault characteristics and green evaluation index, the failure influence degree of spindle system to the surrounding environment, people's physical and mental health was analyzed in the aspects of environment, human and economic by combining fuzzy evaluation with fault analysis. The main factors affecting its green were found out, the failure reasons were analyzed, and measurement improvements were suggested. The greenness was analyzed before and after improvement. The results show that the failure rate of the improved main shaft system reduces greatly and the green level is improved significantly. The comprehensive evaluation score of green degree is increased from 55.62 to 64.87, and the green product is obtained.

Abstract: NC machine creeping failure usually occurs in the mechanical part and feed servo system of NC machine tool feed system, because of low speed creeping phenomenon often depends on the characteristics of mechanical transmission parts. Crawling is generally due to transmission of machine tool stiffness is insufficient, friction and dynamic friction coefficient difference and friction damped oscillations caused by too small. This paper establishes the physical model and the mathematical model, through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of machine movement components that crawl main reason, put forward to prevent the moving parts of the main measures of creeping.

Abstract: Accuracy recession is the prime cause which affects the accuracy retentivity of highly-precise Numerically-Controlled Machine Tools, and in recent years a lot of work has been done in this field at home and abroad. The current state and the progress on the research of accuracy recession of numerically-controlled machine tools were comprehensively presented. The effect of friction and wear, the mechanical structure and operation conditions on accuracy recession of numerically-controlled machine tools were described and commented as the key point. And suggestions and developing directions were also put forward aiming at the existed problems.

Abstract: The positioning accuracy of CNC machine tool is the best moving position accuracy which the machine tool can reach under the control of CNC control system. The principles of frequency laser interferometer measurement are described in this paper, and pitch error is compensated by taking DAHE V1500 CNC machine with FANUC system as example. The result shows that the precision of CNC machine tool is effectively improved.

Abstract: Based on the authors previous work of developing an expert system for fault diagnosis of CNC machine tool, this paper studied the theory and method of CNC remote fault diagnosis expert system based on B/S, and presents schema and structure of the expert system in detailed. Case based reasoning is used for the multi-alarm diagnosis, and rule based reasoning is used for single-alarm diagnosis. At last fault diagnosis expert system was designed and developed making use of C# and ASP.NET.

Abstract: Spindle wear of CNC machine affects the working efficiency of the machine. To solve this problem, the reasons for the generation of CNC machine tool equipment wear is analyzed, the system's hardware modules and software modules are designed and implemented in accordance with the system requirements. Parameters such as input and output power, spindle speed of CNC machine tool equipment are acquired by the sensor circuit. After a comprehensive analysis of the data, system software combined with neural network model displays the test results on the LCD screen, real-time output of CNC machine tool equipment operating status and the spindle wear. Thus the operation of CNC machine is ensured and equipment failure is avoided. Through the system test, indicating that the proposed system can real-time output the monitor results of spindle wear of CNC machine tool equipment, and has high measurement accuracy for the main parameters such as power and efficiency of the equipment.

Abstract: The use of CNC machine tools signal acquisition, two-way transmission of the temperature sensor data, the ladder design and macro program guide and other methods on the implementation of a temperature sensing system of smart lubrication function. It is not only low-end CNC machine tools can compensate for deficiencies in equipment protection features and maintenance-free function, but also enhance the diversity of processing. Ultimately by analyzing the different lubrication mode, the relationship between the lubricating oil pressure and temperature and other factors, to draw the function in the lubrication in a stabilizing effect on oil pressure and control bearings and nut seat temperature. It is simple and practical, has important theoretical significance and great value.
