Abstract: A high dimension time dependent model of designing functional gradient thermal barrier coating material is built by using optimization theory. The difference algorithms is used to solve inverse heat transfer problems. The heat conduction coefficient is founded by using volume fraction function of ceramic or metal. An example of calculation shows that the gradient thermal barrier coating can improve material function.

Abstract: In this paper, a new type of explosive rotary quick-off tools device is designed. This new type of explosion rotary quick-off tools test device is composed of foundation, explosion chamber, piston body, pressure plate, locking wedge and customized tools, which has many advantages such as simple structure, convenient operation and high rigidity. The calculation results of the acceleration of tool-falling, plate strength, physical strength of combustion show that the device is expected to obtain complete chip root samples at 150m/min speed conditions, which can meet the requirements of researching metal cutting deformation process at high-speed cutting condition.

Abstract: The numerical analysis model and analytic formula, concerning flexural-tensile composite modulus of steel deck paving materials, were established with five-point loading composite beams, in order to explore the modulus value of steel deck paving materials. Regarding the three typical asphalt pavement material such as SMA10, GA10 and EA10, the composite modulus of paving material was calculated by analyzing stepwise loading data, and a universal flexural-tensile composite modulus range is proposed: SMA10 is 500 ~ 550MPa, GA10 is 500 ~ 600MPa, EA10 is 650 ~ 700MPa. The results show good agreement between the modulus of the numerical analysis method and analytical formula method. The proposed analytical formulas can calculate the flexural-tensile composite modulus more easily according to the actual load conditions, and the modulus value played a significant role in guiding the design and mechanical analysis of steel deck pavement system.

Abstract: In order to obtain a better designing of the industrial products, various software can be used. Sometimes, such a software allows simulation and highlighting the behavior of the product during its use. It is important to know and select adequate software applicable in the engineer activity. The study of the accessible information showed that such a software is ANSYS. In this paper, a case study for some modalities of modern calculation by FEM method using ANSYS program is presented.

Abstract: The task of integrated transport system in passenger transport is connection between their other modes. One part of implementation of integrated transport system is set up the ticketing system for validation. This problem can solving by the ticket machines and their location. When ticket machines are located in vehicle, we create conditions for Self-Service System in public transport. The paper is focused on the description of factors, which influences number of ticket markers in railway passenger vehicles. For example these factors is circulation time of vehicles, transport distance, travel speed and etc. One part of paper includes the methodology of calculation the ticket markers for rail passenger vehicles.

Abstract: In this article I focus on a mathematical description of a turbocharged engine. After expressing the mathematical description I transferred it to the computer environment of a mathematical program. I further elaborated the results and compared them with the results of a simulation model of a turbocharged engine, which is also mentioned in the second part of the article.

Abstract: Now the most pressing and to end unresolved question is the determination of the design parameters for the base in the conditions of formation of karst deformations. Foundation calculations made on the basis of forecasting karst manifestations sizes and the likelihood of their formation at the base of the designed construction. In paper presented the grillage calculation scheme. We calculated the grillage with four bays for four cases: excluding karst collapse, taking into account the collapse of a single support, taking into account the collapse under two not adjacent supports and taking into account the collapse at two adjacent supports. In paper presents the diagrams of bending moments and shear forces.

Abstract: The process of wastewater treatment is one of the sources of greenhouse gas emissions from urban human activities and methane is a source of greenhouse gases can not be ignored. According to the method recommended by IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories 2006,a calculation model was established to assess methane emissions of wastewater treatment in Henan.Then methane emissions from wastewater treatment in Henan province in the year of 2010 were estimated. The results showed that net methane emissions from the sewage treatment process was 21,764.1 tons, and methane from the industrial wastewater generated process was 98,609.33 tons. The results will provide a scientific basis for policy maker to mitigate the methane emission from the sewage treatment process of Henan province.

Abstract: The current subgrade workspace of the Shanghai heavy-loaded traffic main roads has varying degrees of disease problems. This paper chooses the typical structure of asphalt concrete as a pavement model, aiming to calculate the stress of subgrade by using BASAR3.0 program, and analyze subgrade workspace depth under heavy axle load. Elastic layered system theory is used to calculate the depth of the roadbed work area under different conditions and typical road structure. Result shows that under the condition of heavy-loaded traffic, it is insufficient for the subgrade workspace with the depth of 0-80cm. In order to ensure steady support the pavement structure, and avoid its serious distortion, the depth of subgrade workspace should be adjusted. It has a certain reference value for the prevention and treatment of diseases of heavy-loaded traffic road.
