Abstract: The ISO13660 standards made the objective evaluation of the characters and lines quick and simple, but the objective quality evaluation would make the objective attributes values of the characters and lines different from the quality evaluation based on HVS. Therefore the characters and lines quality evaluation model based on human visual system is proposed in this study. Firstly, to establish the subjective evaluation system and determine primary attributes that affected by the HVS. Secondly, it establishes the objective evaluation system based on ISO13660 standards. Finally, the linear regression model between the objective evaluation system and the subjective evaluation system is then established, and to evaluate the rationality of the linear regression model. The experimental results show that the quality evaluation model can evaluate the quality of characters and lines objectively and in accordance with the HVS.

Abstract: Nationwide Fitness national fitness project is a concrete manifestation of the implementation in China is one of the material foundation and site security. The National Fitness Program is the main material carrier by which our government can practice national fitness plan. In this paper, there are future strategies for development of the National Fitness Program in urban communities in China. It is found that implementation of the National Fitness Program has greatly improved people’s exercise conditions, making it more colorful and modernized. The features and problems in practicing the National Fitness Program in urban communities were discussed and strategies were put forward for further development. Health literacy on a regular basis, so that exercise training can understand and master the scientific method, and improve exercise efficiency, reduce security risk, so that physical activity can be into people's life style behavior.

Abstract: Earthquake can cause heavy casualties and property losses immediately, and induced a mass of secondary mountainous disasters such as collapse, landslide and debris flow. Collapse and landslide provide abundant incompact solid matter for movement of debris flow directly, which makes the debris flow ravines be active in a long period in the future. Taking one debris flows on Bailong River as an example. Based on the analysis of the valley features and the forming condition scientific prediction for the trend of the debris flow activities and estimates the hazards situations have been achieved.

Abstract: In order to conduct lubricating characteristic analysis on automobile continuously variable transmission, this paper divides overall model of transmission on the basis of the idea of blocking simulation. Then it generates shed oil model of differential mechanism and oil gathering model of oil groove. Set monitoring surface at the position of reverse gear shaft catcher groove in shed oil model of differential mechanism and oil groove in oil gathering model of oil groove to monitor its conditions of oil-taking. Consider the received flow from the two monitoring surfaces in simulation process as evaluation index of effects of transmission lubrication system, as well as conduct quantitative evaluation on lubricating effects of transmission lubrication system. The results show that all of working condition with second gear 1500rpm, reverse gear shaft and oil groove have comparative ideal lubrication effects on input axis.

Abstract: The paper use the observational data of Chongqing from 1981to 2010, to analyze the spatial and the temporal distribution characters. The results are the follows: (1) Chongqing has two Foggy areas, one is the north by central region with Changshou, Fuling as the center, the other is the northwest region with Hechuan, Beibei as the center. (2) The fog mainly occurs in winter, and especially often occurs in December. (3)The number of the fog days are reduces in most Chongqing areas from 1990s to 2000s. Based on the NCEP reanalysis data, the paper analyze a fog weather, the results indicate that the wind by north at 500 hpa, the anticyclonic circulation at 700 hpa, the precipitation a few days ago, the high humidity at the lower layers and low humidity at higher layers cause the fog in November 7, 2006.

Abstract: Due to the quests of technology and changes of external load, dynamical system would under non-regulative operating condition. To discuss this situation, this paper did some research about the unsteady flows in centrifugal pump by simulating test. It shows that if non-regulative operating condition emerges in the pump system, some unsteady flow which possesses transient characteristics would appear, which driven by the common disturbance from the pump and valves in this system. Besides, the transient intensity of the system under non-regulative operating condition depends on the relative intensity of the capacity and inertia. When the capacity in system dominates, it would make transient intensity weaken, but if the inertia dominates, the transient intensity would move to an opposite side.

Abstract: Ultrafiltration carbon membrane is an important kind of environmental materials for removal of particular and macromolecular pollutants. The mesoporous carbon membranes were synthesized via sol-gel synthesis followed by supercritical drying and carbonization. The formaldehyde and resorcinol were used as original precursor. The membrane was analyzed using nitrogen adsorption. It was found that the carbon membrane was mesoporous material. The pure gases of H2, N2 and CO2 were used to characterize the selective and integrity of the carbon membrane. The gas permeance through the mesoporous carbon membrane is predominantly governed by the Knudsen mechanism. The pure water is 13.4 L•m-2•h-1 and the molecular weight cut-off is about 2000.
