These provide the basic network platform and the core technical support for the building of smart home.

Abstract: In this paper, the real-time defects inspection was implemented via use of paralleled structure and high-speed operation of FPGA. The hardware circuit based on FPGA was established. According to signal characteristics of polymeric film defects, the preprocessing scheme of defect images based on FPGA was designed. The defect data were packed according to the defined format. Data processed were transferred to PC through USB2.0 real-timely to reconstruct defect microscopic images. The quantity of transferred data was decreased tremendously by this method. The inspecting speed was greatly improved.

Abstract: Charge coupled device has many merits, which makes it to measure bullet parameters possible. This article starts with possibility of testing based on charge coupled device, then introduces the completed processing methods and algorithms, finally based on Matlab’s GUI, methods and algorithms integrated, through input parameters, the calculated result is seen immediately before you. This way has characteristic of simplicity and convenience. In order to make this testing system much easier and use convenient, Matlab’s GUI is used to obtain the aim. It can conclude that this testing system is very utility in test field.

Abstract: In order to research laser weapon soft damage to infrared missile, 10.6μm laser disturbance to infrared detector system was researched. First, 10.6μm laser atmospheric propagation transmittance was deduced. Laser atmospheric propagation transmittance relation curve was obtained. The relation curve is changed by atmospheric visibility and laser propagation distance. Then the experiment about on-axis laser disturbance to charge coupled device imaging detectors system was conducted. Charge coupled device saturation power density was measured. The relation curve between charge coupled device saturation area ratio and laser incident energy was obtained. Finally, 10.6μm laser energy which can disturb effectively infrared detector system was calculated. Some valuable data and conclusions were gained.

Abstract: The centering deviation auto-detection and angle measuring error compensation method based on computer vision was proposed in the paper, aim at the centering deviation in the process of measuring the angle. The effect law to angle measuring error by centering deviation was analyzed, and the error compensation model was founded, The value and direction of centering deviation was detected by CCD fixed on the surface below theodolite, then the angle measuring error by centering deviation could be compensated by the error model. The automation degree of angle measuring was improved and the operation time was reduced.

Abstract: To solve the crossing-linkable polyethylene (XLPE) insulation compound purity evaluation problem, a high speed scanning measurement system was designed according to FPGA. With the updated information technology and advanced electronic devices, it is possible to develop a new inspecting technology for sorting, checking and evaluating material quality, by which defects microscopic images can be real-time recorded, processed and displayed. The result shows that this system can measure the size of impurity particles of XLPE cable materials correctly, it also can find out the accurate location and numbers of impurity particles. The resolving power of this method can reach 20 m and the error is less than 10%.The possibility that the impurity particles can be checked out is up to 100%.

Abstract: In order to improve the precision, speed, integration and reliability of the linear CCD system, A method of data acquisition for high resolution output signal of linear array CCD using FPGA is introduced. The CCD signal acquisition circuit with high speed and high sensitivity is designed based on the combination of FPGA with high-speed A/D conversion chipset to gather the signals of high-speed. The experimental results demonstrated that defects within 50μm~1000μm were inspected effectively by the CCD scanning defects inspection instrument, that this method has a repetition error no more than 2.24 pixels, with high precision and good anti-noise ability.
