Abstract: Embryonics, a branch of bio-inspired hardware, is a circuit with self-healing capability. Aiming at solving the problems of low efficiency, complexity and etc. during cellular communicating in Embryonics, inspired by the transmission mechanism of hormone, a new type of four-layer Embryonics based on NoC and neighborhood connections is presented in the paper. Operational mechanism and hierarchical four-level self-healing capability of the Embryonics is also analyzed in detail. The proposed Embryonics provides a new approach for self-healing electronic systems design, which may be used in self-healing machine design.

Abstract: This topic through to the automobile air conditioning working principle and the structure analysis of air conditioning assembly, with AT89C52 as the core of single-chip microcomputer control system is designed, and the controller hardware and part of the circuit design; To realize fuzzy control algorithm of the control system is established. Expounds how to realize the automation of automobile air conditioning system of fuzzy control; Temperature detection with high precision integrated temperature sensor MF51 implementation; Programming process, adopts the modular design method of each module respectively for programming, debugging, then connect them in accordance with the requirements of control, the debugging, analysis.

Abstract: This paper introduces two bands switched capacitor filters which are realized by using a single clock. The chip is LTC1068 that contains four 2 order band-pass filter. By reasonable selection of working mode and clever collocation of resistances to realize two 4 order band-pass filter which used in acoustic receiving amplifier circuit. Amplitude-frequency characteristic curves are tested in paper by frequency sweeper.

Abstract: The single UHV electrical equipment and numerical model for its circuit would be established by the Ansys software, after respectively analyze the Earthquake acceleration response spectrum of all the models, the stress distribution of equipments of all numerical model and its top displacement results would be get. By comparing the differences of every model’s result and focusing on the load-carrying properties of the structure, the experiments would get further optimizing space and confirm the circuit connection mode that is favorable for the Seismic resistance. After the comparison of single equipment and circuit results, it is suggested to establish a complete circuit numerical model while analyze and verify the converting station.

Abstract: In this paper, the design is with the single chip microcomputer as the core of automatic tracking controller. The system is mainly composed of the signal acquisition part, the signal conditioning part, a control circuit and a drive circuit. The signal collection circuit composed of photosensitive resistance sensors to collect light signal, signal conversion circuit with voltage follower LM324 convert the change of light intensity to the change of the voltage, through the voltage comparator LM393 produce high and low level control stepping motor rotation; Control circuit use the AT89S52 as the main control device, output different control signals to the driving circuit; Driving circuit use the ULN2003 as driver stepper motor. Is obtained by simulation debugging, physical test, the error rate is less than 5%, in order to realize the efficient utilization of solar energy.

Abstract: Design of a novel initialization circuit is presented in this paper. The initialization circuit is used to supply initialization current to the first test of phase change memory chip after delivery. Inhomogeneous crystalline grain sizes appear in phase change materials used in memory cells during manufacturing process. The crystalline phase with low resistance will convert to amorphous phase with high resistance after initialization, which is called RESET the memory cells to 0. Normal RESET operation current is not high enough to RESET great grain, which deteriorates bit yield of phase change memory chip. In comparison, the higher initialization current will increase bit yield observably.

Abstract: Design a smart vegetable greenhouse humidity control system based on automatic computer-controlled, elaborated on the humidity of the system acquisition, humidity control system, heater control circuits and other system hardware design ideas to improve the system's control algorithm, using serial of computer to record. The simulation curve of the system has better control and tracking performance, high precision humidity control, also composed of two computer-controlled system and the host computer, to facilitate the centralized management of the production. Practice shows that the study design, vegetable greenhouses intelligent humidity control system for man-machine interface, easy operation, high degree of automation, low cost, with a good prospect and promotional value.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the traditional cooling system cannot adjust the cooling water temperature to the different operation conditions of diesel engine, the auto-control cooling system is designed. Using it, the coolant temperature can be adjusted automatically by the single-chip which controls the transducer-controlled pump and the electronic dividing valve which replaces the thermostat. We use the thermal equilibrium bench to verify the figures, and the result is show that using the exhaust of generator heats the cooling water can shorten 13 minutes in starting process and the cooling water temperature adjusted automatically to the changing operation conditions of iesel can decrease the fuel consumption remarkably, the highest fuel saving rate reached 5.4%, the averagely fuel saving rate reached 3.6%.

Abstract: Squid jigging machine is an important equipment in the oceanic squid jigging fisheries. Now, we have used the intelligent squid fishing machine, though, we have to guard the machine one by one. To reduce the labor on deck, we designed a serial interface circuit between PC and Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) for the communication within multiple squid jigging machines by the way of RS-485 bus, realizing centralized control of machines. For hardware, we converted TTL level to 485 level by serial interface conversion chip so that SCM could achieve RS-485 interface communication; For software, we customized instruction sets, data package format, communication protocol format. We designed RS-485 bus interface circuit for PC and SCM by simulation software Proteus. Through tests in the field, we knew the circuit makes the connection of centralized control network simple, and signal transmission reliable. We will pay particular attention to the design of communication protocols software, which can provide new thinking of designing about communication within multiple machines for the researchers.
