Abstract: For the fracture failure phenomena occurred in random vibration experiment of the isolation clamp cylinder on the aerospace vehicles, the NX NASTRAN was used to make the finite element modeling for the overall structure of cylinder and analyze the random vibration response. The simulation results show that the maximum RMS stress of the clamp was 96 MPa at the test load conditions. The position of the maximum RMS stress is consistent with the one where fracture happens during vibration test. According to finite element analysis results, the original structure has been modified. The maximum RMS stress of modified structure is only 21.8 MPa.

Abstract: Turn coil clamp is an important auxiliary equipment of steel rolling production in iron and steel enterprise. At present, although the clamp has been put into production use which can satisfy the basic needs of enterprise. Its production efficiency and security still need to be improved. Based on the above case, this time a new steel coil clamp that is researched can greatly improve efficiency and safety. To make the structure more reasonable, the double shaft which is one of the main stress components is needed analysis and optimal design.

Abstract: In this research, a kind of clamp for large cylindrical segment slinging and transportation was designed. Instead of the traditional theory that based of friction to slinging and transport, a new designing method that slinging cylindrical segment by grasping double hooks was taken in this research. Parallelogram structure was used to keep the clamp synchronous and horizontal movement. The design process is that Using principles of Parallelogram structure, Parallelogram structure is initially established. Parallelogram structure Motion analysis function of the ANSYS software was used to analyze the motion status of this parallelogram structure under the load. Ensure rationality of design.

Abstract: Liquid leaking accidents of petrochemical equipment were always happened in weld joint of the pipeline. In order to deal with the accidents, the hot-plugging technique was adopted. And the clamp design which was the difficult point of this technology must be valued. In this paper, the hot-plugging technique and the structure of the clamp were introduced. And the calculation formula of the clamp thickness was deduced based on the influence of the injecting hole on the clamp and GB150-98. And the results would be the fundament of further study of the hot-plugging clamp design

Abstract: Barrel clamp is widely used in metallurgy factories to convey steel barrels as specialized holding equipments. It is baked by barrel under high temperature during in working time, which will cause unfavorable effect to the performance of the clamp parts, especially hydraulic system. The thermal field of the hydraulic system was analyzed, which will be quantified to really reflect the temperature distribution of the hydraulic system. According to Analysis of the temperature distribution of the hydraulic oil, it can check the rationality of the materials with anti-radiation and heat insulation chosen.

Abstract: The injecting online leak sealing technology is an emergency repair technique widely applied in process industry, which can remove the leakages of the devices, flanges, pipes and valves, with safe, reliable, economic and efficient. In a variety of online leak sealing operations, the work to handle flange leakages accounts for about 90% of the entire workload. This is because most of flanges in actual production have the installing and machining defects, such as uneven clearance, eccentric, reducing, etc. Aimed at those flanges with defects, to ensure the seal effect, the online leak sealing clamp must be machined and installed precisely, which will increase the difficulty of operation. Thus, on the basis of comparing advantages and disadvantages of the existing enhanced seal clamps, a new design has proposed to solve the problem of flange leakage, especially for the flange with defects, which can reduce the difficulties of operation while ensuring the sealing effect.

Abstract: The traditional SEPIC converter switch is turned on for a long time and as time is short, resulting in loss and temperature rise is too large, etc, isolated SEPIC converter is proposed to analyze the working principle and the transmission efficiency. And the circuit is improved, designed clamp isolated converters, photovoltaic cells based on the characteristics of the circuit used in photovoltaic power generation MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking, referred to as MPPT) system. Simulation and experimental results verify its feasibility.

Abstract: The green fixture is the research focus, but the current research is centralized on the fixture driven by the air. It will lead to a noise polution and a small clamping force. Using the green electromagnetic conversion technology, a new clamping system to clamp the workpiece is provided, which is composed of the giant magnetostrictive material as working medium and the displacement amplifier with the area effect. This device can realize the flexible configuration of clamping at multi-place, for multi-workpiece and in multi-direction. Furthermore, this clamping system using the A/D converter and the sensor technology of pressure and displacement to collect the relative data, the collected data can to be putted in the computer and be processed,so it is easy to control the clamp force and clamping displacement intelligently.

Abstract: Nowadays, the research on the greenization of clamping technology obviously lags the research of green cutting, green machine tool etc. This paper provides a new clamping system to clamp the workpiece by the green fast heating/cooling adverse-change semiconductor technology and temperature controllability to thermal sensitive medium with volume effect. This clamping system has a low speed operating part, few moving parts, low medium leakage and noise pollution and it is convenient to be flexible configuration of multi-place, multi-workpiece and multi-direction clamping. Furthermore, the clamping system can use the sensors of temperature, pressure and displacement to collect the relative data and process them by computer, then intelligently control the clamp force and clamping displacement.
