Abstract: Central plains economic zone is the significant strategic concept to reduce the economic gap with eastern region, and realize the rise of central China. Based on members positioned, economic integrated development mechanism of the central plains economic zone is the vital drivers of optimizing the resources configuration, accelerating industrial structure adjustment and realizing the coordinated development of the area. From the division mechanism, cooperative mechanism and cluster mechanism, the article analyses the necessity of operating mechanism by the game model, and puts forward some proposal for the economy integrated development mechanism on government, industry and society.

Abstract: Unequal clustering mechanism, in combination with inter-cluster multihop routing, provides a new effective way to balance the energy dissipation among nodes and prolong the lifetime of wireless sensor networks. In this paper, a distributed energy-efficient unequal clustering mechanism (DEEUC) is proposed and evaluated. By a time based competitive clustering algorithm, DEEUC partitions all nodes into clusters of unequal size, in which the clusters closer to the base station have smaller size. The cluster heads of these clusters can preserve some more energy for the inter-cluster relay traffic and the “hot-spots” problem can be avoided. For inter-cluster communication, DEEUC adopts an energy-aware multihop routing to reduce the energy consumption of the cluster heads. Simulation results demonstrate that the protocol can efficiently decrease the dead speed of the nodes and prolong the network lifetime

Abstract: It was recently shown by Schulz and co-workers that in doped lanthanum gallate: La(1-x) SrxGa(1-y)MgyO(3-(x+y)/2) (LSGM) the three cations: La, Sr and Mg have tracer diffusivities that are nearly identical. To explain these findings, a bound defect cluster mechanism containing a cation vacancy from both the A- and the B- sublattices and an anion vacancy was proposed as the principal vehicle for cation diffusion in LSGM. In this paper, implications of this mechanism are considered for the first time. Sum-rule expressions for the collective correlation factors are derived and found to be in excellent agreement with Monte Carlo calculations. Expressions are also developed for the tracer correlation factors of lanthanum and gallium for diffusion via the cluster mechanism and tested by Monte Carlo computer simulation. Good agreement was found. The ratio of the tracer diffusivities of lanthanum and gallium are shown to be consistent with the cluster mechanism.
