Abstract: The organizational succession in cluster supply chain is not only a primary upgrading way of industrial cluster, but also a basis of integrating industrial cluster and Logistics Park. This paper analyzes how to integrate organizational succession in cluster supply chain and Logistics Park according to the logistics features of organizational succession in cluster supply chain, and puts forward three integrated models. Meanwhile, through the case study of IT industry in Suzhou, the logistics evolving regulation of organizational succession in cluster supply chain is explored, and some relevant conclusions and suggestions are drawn at last.

Abstract: To explore the attributes of cluster supply chain, and provide its driving model (2P&2BP) for more effective and more efficient way in implementing mass customization. The paper analyzes cluster supply chain driving model for implementing mass customization manufacturing using data from case study from 8 garment and IT industrial clusters. In process of implementing mass customization, we found that cluster supply chain has supplying level, marketing level and supplementing level to support its driving model (2P&2BP: Pull/push/burst power/bottleneck press) rather than conventional pull\push model. thus SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in industrial cluster would have chances to extensively participate cooperate with core companies in the form of supply chain, thus expanding gradually.

Abstract: Enterprise management mode is being changed by a single enterprise management mode into supply chain management. The development of economy calls for the needs of the application of cost management in the supply chain, which is one of the most important trends in the field of cost management. However, the weak basis for cost management of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and the lack of funds and personnel various resources make most of the current cost management methods and technologies in supply chain cannot be applied into SMEs’ management. All of these give practitioners in SMEs and researchers in the field of cost research an important research topic-the unique management mode of cost management for SMEs in the supply chain environment.

Abstract: According to the problem that the cluster supply chain enterprise with R & D and production as the leading effectively and manage the customer-oriented logistics service ability, and proposed the elements of supply chain logistics service capability and evaluation method. Firstly, according to the service object and the evaluation of the different point of view, the supply chain logistics service capability is divided into external logistics service ability and internal logistics service capability, and analyzed, and then clear the logistics service capability was customer-oriented external logistics service capability. And then according to the different characters, elements system is established for supply chain logistics service capacity, and as a main character analyzing logistics service capability, supply chain enterprises put forward basic evaluation chain logistics service ability for customer satisfaction for the method.

Abstract: Corporation with others enterprises is very important for their development, especially for Small and Mid-sized Enterprises. This paper discussed management methods among Small and Mid-sized Enterprises with synergetic thinking, based on the state of these enterprises and cluster supply chain, which provided a theoretical support for the development of small and mid-sized enterprises in China. Synergetic management in the inner unit and outer unit of cluster supply chain is described. The key safeguards to development of cluster supply chain are summarized at the end of this paper.

Abstract: Cluster supply chain risk contains weakened supply chain risks in cluster environment and suppressed cluster risks under the effect of supply chain. It has own risk system of unique characteristics, which is different from the supply chain risk and cluster risk. Abstract: Cluster supply chain network as a new organizational system, which co-opetition is different from general enterprises and single supply chains because of their determined structural features and operational characteristics. There are single-chain co-opetition and cross-links dynamics co-opetition in cluster supply chain network organization. It analyzes cross-links non-cooperative game and cooperative game of two third-order supply chains through the expansion research of Cournot game. The results indicate that supply chain cooperative game is the best option for supply chain win-win.
