Abstract: Currently, accelerating the construction of quality have already been the vital issue in China. Facing the environment limitation and strong market competition, the coal mine industry should try to improve the quality, efficiency and level by enhancing the process management. Coal mine industry is a high-risk industry, the specification of coal enterprises safety management process is vital. This paper took a coal enterprise as example, and combined the characteristics of its operating to analyze and optimize the safety management process. This paper is expected to prove a guidance and assistance on improving the safety management for China coal mine enterprises.

Abstract: Development of circular economy is a certain choice for economic sustainable development, to establish a circular eco-industrial park for comprehensive utilization of coal gangue in coal enterprise is a new exploration for circular economy. In order to make vast and efficient use of existing and newly increased coal gangue to resolve the serious environmental and ecological problems, the preparation of coal gangue glued stone was investigated. The glued stone products could be used for backfill material; In order to produce the coal gangue glued stone, we heated the coal gangue in the rotary kiln, and the flue gas waste heat could be recovered and used for thermal power generation, and the power is back to the circular eco-industrial park. The mining wastewater could be used for power generation, domestic water and production water after compound purification treatment. Associated effects and synergistic effects of the different industries that integrated and connected with each other could get the double wins between the economic development and the environmental protection.

Abstract: Low carbon economy provides the direction for the sustainable development of the coal industry, but how to measure low carbon economic development level of the coal enterprise has become social concern. Based on the Xinwen group as an example, the paper constructs level evaluation index system of low carbon economic development about the coal enterprise from the present situation of the development of low carbon economy. Using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method measure low carbon development level, and the conclusion is that the Xinwen group's low carbon development level is good.

Abstract: Multiple regression analysis of coal industry technology innovation is done by using data of years 1990-2008. It is found that technology innovation crowding-out effect do exist at coal industry. It is also found that environmental regulation can motivate coal enterprises technology innovation by adding variable. So the conclusion is got that proper environmental regulation policy is good for coal enterprises to improve competitiveness. Porter Hypothesis is tested.

Abstract: The principle of green mining is conservation resources, protection environment, people oriented and safety production. According own characteristics of coal industry, this paper built the input and output indicators of green mining, chose eight different coal enterprises in China as decision making units. The date envelopment analysis (DEA) was applied to evaluate and optimize the operating efficiency of coal enterprises from technical efficiency, pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency. At the same time, with an inefficiency enterprise as example, projection analysis was used to give some suggestions to optimization.

Abstract: Shandong Quanxing enterprise, a Chinese traditional coal enterprise to build e-commerce website actively for offering all coal-related information and services, expansion of company, promote the corporate image, optimize the internal structure, reduce operation costs, simplify distribution procedures and so on, was built in Dec 2005. This paper surveys the status quo of e-commerce application in Shandong Quanxing enterprise comprehensively from the perspective of technology, management, website, operation and cooperation. Based on the analysis and current development trend of e-commerce application, this paper puts forward with some suggestions for Shandong Quanxing enterprise.

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economy, a series of social problems such as energy crisis and global warming gradually have become prominent. In the consumption structure of our country, coal has the leading status. Therefore, achieving low-carbonation development of the coal enterprises is important for the whole society to realize sustainable development. On the basis of elaboration on low- carbon economy meanings and basic elements, this article analyzes the development models, like cleaner production, comprehensive utilization of resources, diversified development, industrial clusters, and low-carbon coal cities and hopes all of this would be useful for reference to China's coal enterprises.

Abstract: As for coal enterprise, whether it should maximize profit, or maximize sales for the target is more beneficial to development of coal enterprise and coal industry, is always a study topic in economics field. Economics theory is applied in this thesis, inferring that coal enterprise' target profit of seeking sales maximization is lower than maximum possibility profit, and Social Responsibility Cost of seeking sales income maximization is more than that of seeking profit maximization, which is advantageous for improving level for coal enterprise. While Social Responsibility Cost increases, coal enterprise' coal price and coal output are invariable for enterprise seeking profit maximization, but other enterprise that seeks sales maximization will cut down output and improve coal price. At last, the thesis brings forward that government ought to guide coal enterprise to seek sales maximization, not profit maximization. There by, government should formulate the coal enterprise ‘Social Responsibility Cost policy' according to coal enterprise target, which is beneficial for coal enterprise to increase Social Responsibility Cost at the same time and control coal output and price, as well as health development of our country's coal industry.

Abstract: As an important framework evaluating the reasons behind the competitiveness of nations in particular industry, Porter’s diamond is used as the main analytical structure in this thesis for addressing the merge and acquisition issue of coal enterprises in China’s Shanxi Province. Through a comprehensive analysis from the perspectives of the six factors from the model, the paper finds that forming large corporations by merging and restructuring is an inevitable and beneficial way for coal enterprises to achieve scale effect and safe production at the meantime to realize mechanization and modernization. The reform is strategically meaningful to improving competitive advantages and optimizing industrial structures of coal companies. Based on the research and analysis, the thesis also raised 5 feasible ways to further enhance the competitiveness of coal enterprises.
