Abstract: The coating property of (meth) acrylate copolymer with gradient wettability surfaces was studied. The random (meth) acrylate copolymers can be obtained according to the free radical polymerization method and their coating property was analyzed according to performance testing. The gradient wettability surface was prepared by using the sodium hydroxide solution. The effects of the kinds of crosslinking monomer, mass ration of HEMA, additional method of HEMA, amount of curing agent and curing temperature on the coating property of (meth) acrylate copolymer were discussed. It was found that the mass ration of HEMA was 15 % and the additional method of HEMA was added previously when the molar ration of MMA/BA was 6/4. The amount of curing agent was 1.86 g and the curing temperature was 160 °C when the P (MMA-BA-HEMA) solutions were 10 g.

Abstract: In comparison with typical external feedstock mode, powders internal injecting method can effectively enhance plasma sprayed ceramic coatings performance and improve powder deposition efficiency. In this feedstock mode, spray powders were injected into the hotter regions of a plasma jet, which had enough heat capacity to melt most of the particles instantly. Currently, several plasma spray guns in internal feedstock mode, such as Axial III and SG100, have been developed and commercialized. In this paper, characteristics of plasma spray guns in internal and external feedstock methods were summarized. And the research status of the plasma spray torch in internal feedstock mode was particularly presented. Finally, the development trend of different feedstock modes adopted by plasma spray gun was discussed.

Abstract: Research and exploration on the mechanism of improving anti-erosion in artillery barrel life have been done to enhance anti-ablation property of barrel, which combined with the characteristics that the surface modification coating should have and used electrical explosion spraying technology (EEST) advantage. Preliminary conclusions have been drawn according to tests Results. Coating prepared by using EEST has significantly better in anti-erosion performance than coating prepared by using chrome coating.

Abstract: Electroplating experiments were carried out using a conventional Watts bath with the application of ultrasonic in order to improve the coating quality. The effects of ultrasonic power on coating comprehensive characteristics were studied. The microstructure, hardness and thickness of the coatings were observed and determined by a HXD-100TMC type microhardness tester. The coating corrosion resistance was examined through soaking in 36% hydrochloric acid. The adhesive strength of the coatings was tested with the method of heat-shock. The results showed that the properties of the coatings are improved basically with the increase of ultrasonic power. It’s considered the coatings have the best comprehensive performances when ultrasonic power is 200W, which provides a basis for the subsequent fabrication of ultrasonic electroplated diamond tools.
